After paying a £500 deposit for a car that I then decided not to buy. It took them over 6 weeks to refund my £500 back. It wasn’t until I lodged a complaint with their main office that I actually received a phone call from them. This was after weeks of emails and calls to one of their salesmen. Very pleased that I did not buy a car from them in the end.
They let me drive away without an MOT or service. They still owe me £1000 which I'm having to phone up and chase without any response. Very unhappy.
