You know what, anyone can sell a car, its the ones who help you after that stand out and gain your trust. When they were getting our Ford Focus Zetec ready the bonnet catch broke. G M Car called and let us know of this straight away as we was meant to collect it that day and said it would be ready Monday. They called first thing and all was fixed. Then a few days after we heard a noise so took it back again, they replaced the 2 back tyres, no questions asked and all was sorted. How refreshing to deal with a dealership like this. Anyone looking for a car in this area or beyond should go and see them

I'm not an expert on cars, so the biggest test will be whether it falls apart in a year's time, however I really liked the owner of this garage and the company. I love really far away but wanted to use this one as it has the cheapest version of my dream car. He made it very easy for me by working with my finance company so I could could collect the car on a certain day. Also he didn't like the fact I bought it without seeing it first so he made sure id call him if there were any issues. Because I hadn't been able to negotiate he was happy to give me 6 months tax which he did while I waited...and it was easy to negotiate a fair price for my old banger I drove down in even though I'd forgotten the log book! The car itself was immaculate, just as described. Had a tiny bit of petrol in and I will say no oil really! But after a visit to the garage it's first journey with me was over 150miles and it was perfect! It's been almost 3 months since and I've not had any problems. Big thumbs up :)
I purchased a Ford Fiesta from here in June. The car was clean and in good condition and the dealers have been helpful in the end. Not even 3 months after purchase the gearbox started having issues and I actually had to get the finance company involved before the dealership would resolve the issue. But since its been repaired I have had no further issues. I wouldn't use this dealership again.

Hi the car needed a new clutch that we were happy to fix at no cost to the customer we resolved the issue as soon as we could the customer did not live local which made it a bit more difficult Thanks

Hi, we checked the car out there was not any gearbox problem slightly worn clutch which technically may not be warranty issue as the car still performed how it should for its age and mileage.We were happy to fit a new clutch free of charge at no cost the customer Thank you.
I visited Gm Car Sales in may and purchased a Vauxhall Insignia. I am really happy with the service I received and the car is excellent! fantastic value for money. The salesman doesn't make you do all the legwork hes happy to do it 50 50 and he is very reliable and easy to get in touch will, great communication from him. I would happily recommend this dealership they have been really good.

I bought a Ford Mondeo from GM Cars Sales back in April. The service was really good. When I took the car away I took it to a local garage to fill it up with diesel but the car broke down later that day, turns out the diesel was contaminated so they came to collect the car and had it back up and running within a few of days. Everything has been fine since. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

GM Auto Sales were very helpful . Had to wait for my finance company to sort stuff out but GM Autos were great about it. Help me as much as they could. And I got a great car.
Were reluctant to pay out on repairs but then they did take my px that wasnt in the best condition. They are alright,at GM Autos Sales they just cant kid a kidder so i know the crack. Said to the Mrs we would always go back if we was after another car so obviously left a good enough impression and we re happy with our Chrysler and what we paid for it

Hi we are never reluctant to pay for any repairs within the warranty period.We never hide anything from anybody and pretty much say things as they are it is ultimately the customers choice to buy the car the vehicles are on full public view prior to purchase so the customer can check the overall condition before any purchase is made Thankyou
They are ok, you go what you know i suppose, they dont seem to push information on you when maybe they could be more customer focused. Few issues since, had to come to an agreement on a few as some not covered in warranty, clearly no one want it to come to this so soon after the purchase. slight marks on car i didnt notice until after either, cant say anything then though so maybe have more questions ready for them. Would i recommend, yes but take some of my advice from a previous car buyer first as shown above
