Nick at Good Motors met us And he was really friendly and gave absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We explained what type of car we wanted and He showed us several cars in our price range and there was a great range. Subsequently we test drove a car and again no pressure whatsoever, we were even given the keys and allowed to test drive it without a member of staff!. Nick was really helpful and addressed one of two issues with the car ( eg radio button missing and our desire for an mot) and it was seamlessly delivered several days later. Fantastic buying experience, great product range, highly recommend this garage

I applied for finance first and the finance company put me in contact with Good Motors, I bought a lovely little Toyota Aygo, my wife is still getting used to it as its a manual, but so far soo good, no issues. The guys at Good Motors were helpful, they are local to me in Bury which was handy. the process was quick, easy and very straight forward, happy with the car and the dealership.

I bought a lovely little car from Good Motors, with the help from Nick. Nick was brilliant, right from the initial contact, he was professional and extremely helpful. I emailed my enquiry and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and all the way through until I collected the car Nick was in contact with updates, so helpful and nothing was too much. I love the Mazda 2 I bought, its brilliant to drive and really comfortable, the car was sparkling clean and just as described. Very happy customer, who will be recommending Good Motors Bury to friends and family.

Excellent customer service provided by Good Motors in Bury. They was helpful, friendly and welcoming - a nice experience. I am still getting used to the car coming from a manual to automatic, but I'm really happy with the Honda Jazz, it was exactly as described, I can't fault the car or dealership.

I bought a Toyota Aygo from Good Motors, it's really nice to drive, and easy to function, the car is in good condition, I'm really happy with it. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would happily recommend to others looking for a new car.

I am very happy with the Nissan Leaf I purchased. Its a lovely car and its in great condition, exactly what I expected from the advertisement. Excellent customer service provided by Good Motors, the car was delivered too, which was fantastic. I would happily recommend to others.

The customer service at Good Motors was wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. They really looked after me and made sure I was happy. I love the Kia Venga, its lovely to drive, and comfortable. The car is easy to use, which I needed, I'm really happy with it. I would happily buy another car from Good Motors in the future, and I will be recommending to friends and family.

Where to begin... I purchased a car from Good Motors (the irony) in March '19. 2 days later, the temperature warning light came on & I had to be towed off the motorway. I had to have the thermostat housing & coolant tubes replaced as they were held together with a jubilee clip. A month later, I had to have the rear brake discs, callipers & sensors replaced, despite this having a MOT a month earlier with no advisories - I'll go into the MOT later. Another month in, the engine warning light comes on & my car breaks down on the motor way again. I had to call the RAC Breakdown Cover I got free when I purchased the RAC Warranty – which is the worst £300 I have ever spent. Avoid. My 3-month-old car was totalled in Stockport & the mechanic who had the car tells me it is not economical to fix. It will cost more than the car is worth. I still had to pay for his time & pay some bloke to get the car nearly 20 miles back to my house. I tried to reach Good Motors, but I was pied multiple times as the person that deals with this type of thing was never there when I called. Bad timing, right? I went to Citizens Advice & did exactly what they told me, I emailed Good Motors (I can’t believe we’re still calling them that) asking for my money back etc. A month had passed & still no reply. I go to the dealership & meet Nick, the guy who was never there when I called, despite calling the mobile number in his name, which I later learned he always had with him. He tells me they will get it sorted & they will pick the car up. It’s worth mentioning that we’re in September now, I had been chasing them since July. In that time, I had to buy a little run-around, I’m in to £2,000 of extra costs & the car has been dead for 6 weeks. December, I still don’t have the car back. The run around I bought was up for its MOT, which I knew would fail as I only intended to drive this car for a month. I went to see Nick again & told him I needed the car back or a refund. Refused the refund & offered me a bent MOT on the run-around instead lol! In the months we’ve missed out the car has been bouncing around from garage to garage & no one could fix it. It did end up at Williams Mini, which was promising, but they wouldn’t pay the costs. I trace the car to a place Good Motors use to do their bent MOTs. Mr Shah’s Bury Vehicle Repair & Tyre Centre. This place is notoriously bad. Just do a quick Google search & read the reviews. I bought the car with no advisories, but the previous MOT said the car was goosed. I went online to get the most recent MOT certificate & guess which garage carried out the MOT? That’s right, Bury Vehicle Repair & Tyre Centre. There is no evidence anywhere that the work from the previous MOT had been completed, but this place still passed the car with flying colours. They're not an independent garage either, they have clear links to Good Motors that are evident from conversations I’ve had with both parties, so don’t be fooled. Christmas comes & I still don't have my car back, despite chasing Good Motors & Mr. Shah for months. These guys are both professionals in the art of blanking. At one point, I rang the police to report the car stolen as I had no idea where the car was & both parties were ignoring me. Just before New Year, I went to Mr Shah’s & demanded my car. The funny thing is, he didn’t even do anything with the car. His colleague told me it had been sat in the back for 3 months & they only worked on it once I started threatening with the police in early December. I took the car to Mini & paid another £500 for them to diagnose it. The car was in a worse state than when they took it to Mini 4 months prior & Mini second that it is uneconomical to repair. I have this in writing from Mini. The amount of money I have lost on this is big. It’s coming up to a year, my consumer rights won’t work, the car is done, Good Motors have gone silent & I’m £6k out of pocket. They took me for a ride & made a mockery of me. The disrespect they have shown when I was so patient is huge. Good Motors have recently threatened me with libel, & I say bring it on. They’re also massive bullies, who try & make the customer believe they’re thick. I cannot wait to see these guys again.

I went to view Toyato Yaris on 6/3/2020Good Motors in Bury, when I met Robert Cooksey felt comfortable as he was very friendly, he gave us the keys for a test drive, once we were back he answered all the relevant questions. Told him our buggit, he then assured us not to worry and spoke to his boss (Konrad) I would highly recommend Good Motors in Bury!! Bought my car! Thanx to Konrad&Robert. Excellent customer service Thank you!
