We bought a Ford KA for my partners mother about 4 months ago from Rob at Gorse Hill Motor Company, He was amazing, did all the searching for us and found exactly what we were looking for. He made it completely hassle free and informed us of everything that was going on. Went the extra mile and always answered our phone calls when we had any queries. I bought a car of someone there a couple of months ago and it's been nothing but a nightmare. The car has given nothing but problems from day one. The salesmen was told about this and on two occasions I had to send the car back for repairs but the faults were never fixed. I have asked for proof (receipts) that he actually fixed the car and he has not been able to provide me with one. All he does is give me the run around. I have had the car taken to a garage on two occasions and that has confirmed that the faults on the car were not dealt with. I have already started the process to retrieve my money back or get some positive result. Doesn't help either when you are with child. IF you want to spend your hard earned cash, don't with Gorse Hill Motors.

RESULT AT LAST! I HAVE MANAGED TO GET SOME RESULT OF ROB FOR ALL THE HEADACHE I WENT THROUGH WITH GORSE HILL MOTORS. OUR FEUD HAS ENDED WITH A REFUND AND AN APOLOGY. SOMETIMES THAT'S ALL IT TAKES TO RECTIFY AN ANOMALY.

The lady who purchased the car didn't test drive the before purchasing, her brother came down to look at it, was very happy and paid the deposit. We arranged for the car to have a new mot and service, 3 days later her brother picked the car up. We received a phone call a few days later to say that she couldn't get on with the automatic gear box & electronic handbrake, the car was brought back to us, looked at by garage who couldn't find any problems, the car was picked up by the customer. A month later phone call received to say she's still not happy so advised her to take it to her local garage for them to look at. They still couldn't find anything wrong with the car. She was still not happy and as she hadn't had the car very long we told her to bring it back and we would give her a full refund. Our aim is to rectify any issues that customers may have as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Do not use Gorse Hill Motor Company. I bought a car 2 months ago have an issue with it. Rob who works there is not willing to help. I am currently taking legal advice now .Very disappointed.

Tom bought a Vauxhall Insignia in April this year, he drove over 100 miles to view the car. After test driving it he was very happy with the car, arranged a new mot and service he then asked us if we could deliver it too him, which we arranged free of charge. Customer had the car for about 6 weeks then rang to say the clutch was playing up. We explained that he could go to any repair garage to get the car repaired under the 6 months warranty sold with the car, if not covered we would cover the costs of repairs. We then received a call from Tom asking us to give him £500 cash. We then explained again that if the warranty would not cover, we would and to get the garage who was repairing the car to ring us. He then insisted that he wanted the £500 cash or would seek legal advise and leave a bad review. Our aim is to rectify any issues that customers may have as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I've just purchased a Focus ST of horse hill motors pick it up next week. Everything was straight forward no complications. I bought my last car off rob and had no problems at all with the car it lasted a good 2 years in which I traded it back in with him and he gave me the best price out of all the dealers in Swindon. I needed a car urgently as i'd had mine stolen, so i popped to Gorse Hill Motors to have a look. The salesman was really helpful and was sorted with a lovely little car 2 days later. Quick & very reliable service. Just been back & purchased 2nd car for my son. :)
