Helpful local garage used by my family for years. Always been fair on pricing and would recommend for service and Mots.
Had 3 cars now from mark over the years all cars been extremely well cant fault at all
This garage was recommended by a friend of my husband.it has been there for a long time and his family has always bought from there. I bought a Ford Fiesta which had only doe 27000 miles in 8 years . The salesman was very easy going and did his best to help - I would recommend this garage
We were looking for a first car for my son and saw a few cars here that looked interesting The garage was easy yo find and although the cars weren't immaculate they were good value for money. We bought a Vauxhall Corsa which is just right and the whole experience was easy Andy was very helpful and I would recommend this garage
I purchased a 2005 Ford Mondeo TDi from Grafton Garage at the end of Feb 2014. Upon test driving the car with my dad who came with me, we noticed a slight knocking noise to the rear of the vehicle. When we pointed this out to the dealer he said it was just a loose or missing exhaust mount, so took it on his word and purchased the car. After just 3 months and doing very little mileage the car was due its MOT, which it failed miserably on, including a leaking rear brake calliper, worn track rod end, CV joint boot bust, and anti roll bar suspension link arm worn, total cost for repair over £500. The latter fault the link arm turned out to be the cause of the very noise we questioned the dealer about in the first place prior to purchasing the vehicle also the garage that did the MOT advised that the leaking brake calliper was a long standing fault i.e. longer than 3 months due to the thickness of the dust and debris build up where the leak had formed around the brake calliper body. On this basis as they were pre-existing faults I called Grafton Garage to ask if he would pay towards the cost of the repairs. His reply was less than polite, he point blank said NO!, not a chance and was very rude and arrogant in the process. He just didn’t want to know. Just thought I would warn any prospective buyers to take my experience into consideration before purchasing anything from this garage. A very rude and arrogant dealer indeed, not to mention the terrible after sales service.

So You look at a car and like it .It has 3 months MOT , and you agree to a £500 discount to allow for that, because that's more convenient then drive back 60 miles to collect it with a full MOT. When it fails in 3 months , you expect a contribution. Mmm Thank goodness for Trading Standards . They protect the innocent .
