I have dealt with some car dealers and none have been as good as Greenlight. Rachel took me through everything from start to finish and was a really good laugh. The car was prepared and was absolutely spotless. They went through everything with the car, told me everything I needed to know and made sure I was alright. I can honestly say they are one of the best car dealers I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with the tax and the V5 and they had reapplied for it before I even said anything. The only bad thing which wasn't anything to do with the dealership was the train journey there haha. If I were looking for a new car I have their number and I would certainly give them a nod without a shadow of a doubt.

Everything has been perfect with Greenlight. I do have one issue with the bearing making a noise but Amber is helping me get this sorted. I have already told my son when he finishes his exams he should get a car from Greenlight Motors.

Dan couldn’t have been any better, he was brilliant. He helped with everything including paperwork, answering questions straight away and keeping me updated via text. I found the texts worked really well for m due to my shifts. I had an issue with the first car I picked as it broke when it was at Mercedes but Dan rang me as soon as he found out to update me.

What I liked about Greenlight is that all the sales staff were just being themselves and they were all really nice. The service was 10/10 and Rachel was lovely. Few issues with the window and warning lights but I will get in touch with them about that.

The Volkswagen Golf is very fine. Everything was okay with the service, I am just waiting for my logbook to come through but that's partly my mistake. I'd recommend to everyone.

I picked up the car on a Sunday and Rachel and another fellow waited over 30mins for me to be able to collect the car as I was caught in traffic and travelled from Birmingham. Great work from them both

5 because of the service I had they talked me through all the issues I was having and it helped me in a big they very polite and well mannered even the driver who delivered was well mannered and very polite.I will recommend your company to all my family and friends. Whole process with Greenlight was just pretty easy and straightforward. When I went to collect the car there was no messing about and no waiting. Marcus was extremely good. He explained everything so well, kept me updated and really gave me his time. I went and collected the car from them and the handover process was good, he was there to pick me up. Can't complain about anything with the Mercedes.
