I recently purchased a Mercedes E Class from Greenlight. I have just had a bit of an issue with the balance of the car which I am waiting to hear back from them with a quote. Other than that my car buying experience was very good and the customer service was really helpful.

I purchased a BMW X5 45E from green light motors and part exchanged my Mercedes GLC 43. The BMW was as advertised and and in good condition and good valve. Agreed a mutually agreeable part exchange valve, and finance source through them who again beat the best price I had elsewhere. I have had the car for 4 weeks and no complaints with the car so far. Unfortunately I have issues with aftersales. So far after 28 days they have failed to settle the finance on the Mercedes that was part exchanged and subsequently resulted in me still paying for the Mercedes and now the BMW. After many calls and emails that go unanswered it has still has not been rectified and am left paying for two cars, one of which Greenlight motors have in there possession and for sale.
