The recent purchase I give 5 because it was hassle free (apart from the part ex I traded my peugeot in for)....there is a problem with my new car but it's being sorted promptly

Really friendly staff. Chris and Ray made the whole process super easy for me, explained everything really well and were totally transparent. My car was delivered to my home the next day by Ray. Couldn't have asked for better support and service.

I’ve been really happy with what the guys did for me, especially the sales manager Chris. The only reason I’ve knocked off half a point is because of a TPMS warning light, but it’s no big deal as I’ve not even had chance to report it yet.

I guess the best place to start this review is by saying that if I could rate Chris 15 out of 10, I absolutely would! He’s nothing but an asset to Greenlight Motors and I honestly can’t praise him enough. I’m absolutely made up with his service and couldn’t be happier. He’s the total opposite of your typical car dealer. He gave us space to let us look around in our own time, but was right there whenever we needed him. I really can’t thank him enough and I hope he gets to read this feedback.

Bought an Audi A4 from the lads at Greenlight Motors over in Blackburn. They were as good as gold and sorted me a test drive etc. Everything was sweet so I took it there and then. No complaints since.

I won't lie - I had some initial issues but Greenlight got them sorted for me. It was just a bit frustrating as it meant I got on the road later than expected. Other than that I really can’t complain about how the guys handled everything on the day of the sale.

Spoke to Chris about a slight steering wheel wobble on my Peugeot - which is now sorted - and everything else has been fine with the car so far. Nothing really to moan about other than that (and maybe the car could’ve been a bit cleaner!), but I’m happy with my scoring.

All good at the mo. Had a bit of a problem with the water pump but I've not had to top it up for a few days so fingers crossed it's sorted itself out. I can't fault the lads over at Greenlight. They made sure everything was spot-on and deserve as good a review as poss!
