Definitely a 5

The person I dealt with was so helpful, patient and honest from the start right through to the end. That’s actually the reason I went ahead and got the car there and then. The whole process was really quick as well. His customer service was 10 out of 10. The Audi is a beautiful car, and everyone loves the car.

My new BMW has been good, I went for it mainly as it was more modern than my previous car, and it has a sport package, so it's a bit more fun. Whilst buying the car, everyone was really nice, and it was efficient. Sam made it quick, I was only there for about an hour and a half, and I was on my way. The only downside was that some documents weren’t checked properly, as they were missing a settlement figure from the finance company. This was sorted in the end, and I have been enjoying the car.

The Skoda suited what i needed it for, especially for motorway driving. When I first bought it, the experience was good, and I’d have given it about a 4. Although after the initial purchase I did have a few problems that took a few weeks to get sorted, I travelled down to the dealership, and the problems hadn’t been resolved, so I had to wait a few weeks for it to be ready, and I felt like the communication between the different departments could have been improved, but I am liking the car, and it is a 1.6 Skoda Fabia, and they are normally 1.2, which was another reason I went for it.

Came across Greenlight Motors while scrolling online, I think it was on social media, and I’d always had an A1 in mind or something along the lines of an Audi, so I’m more than happy with what I chose. I’ve had no faults with it whatsoever. The experience with the dealership was good, no troubles at all.

I just wanted something bigger than my old A3, and I’m definitely enjoying the difference. It's been bang on. My experience with Greenlight Motors was good. Everything was taken care of, and the process was easy. I'm likely to recommend the dealership to others.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander, it has been alright so far and the salesman was fine. I'd rate it 4 stars.

I dealt with two people, I can't remember their names, but they were both really nice, and I've been enjoying the Mercedes CLA I bought from Greenlight Motors.

Happy with the Nissan Qashqai apart from a dent in the car that was delivered,, although I’ve spoken to the dealership, and they have given me a number to call, which I am going to do. I was also happy with the customer service.

Originally I was looking at the Discovery, but it was declined due to the mileage, I believe. I then saw the Evoque, which I preferred anyway, and got accepted for. I’m loving it, and it's had no issues ‘touch wood’. Everything was done over the phone with Greenlight Motors, and they were brilliant from start to finish. They talked me through everything, and I think they sent me a video as well. When the car arrived, it was all as described.
