They were very good. Bit of miscommunication between delivery team and sales team so that’s needs improving but overall its was pretty good. it was a straightforward process, finance accepted. Sales staff didn’t have a lot of interaction during the sale but it would have been nice to have a walk around with them and for them to show us some features so the handover felt rushed. I am considering another car in the very near future so I may go back to Greenlight Motors.

I recently purchased a Mercedes E Class from Greenlight. I have just had a bit of an issue with the balance of the car which I am waiting to hear back from them with a quote. Other than that my car buying experience was very good and the customer service was really helpful.

The bloke I was speaking to over the phone at Greenlight made me go to buy from them. He was spot on, very helpful and made me a good deal that I couldn’t ignore. They weren’t to keen on me doing a test drive, felt like I was being rushed out the door but it was later in the day close to closing. Had quite a lot of issues pop up recently so had it in the garage and i'm waiting on Greenlight getting back to me to do the Warranty work. Other than that, I’m happy with the car, I’m over the moon.
