Recently purchased a Toyota and overall, I’m happy with the car, love it. However, I'm a bit concerned about the running noise, so I’ll be getting that checked out soon. Customer service during the sales process was great. The sales team was friendly and efficient, and the finance side was seamless, with no issues at all. That said, the after sales experience wasn't so great. The car had to go in for checks, which I understand and didn't have a problem with, but I was given two different delivery dates that weren’t met. I ended up having to chase for updates and it seemed like only one person knew what was going on.

There are a few small issues, like the rear child lock not working properly and possibly a wheel bearing going, but nothing major so far. When you buy a new or second hand car, you only start to notice things once you’ve used it for a bit. I collected the car on Sunday but was without it for around 200 miles. Thankfully, they delivered it for free the next day and refunded me for my travel by knocking it off the price of the car.

The car is making some beeping noises, which I aren't sure why but otherwise the car is driving okay. I was happy with the service, it was all fine.

The manual book was not provided for the car ie the service history aswell and as and when i do sell the car i will need that

I don't like giving top marks because no ones perfect but it went well. I think the team are to honest because they told me they were behind on sales and it meant I got a better deal on the Mazda. The car has been perfect since and I can't fault it.

Everything is going okay with my Toyota.

My Renault has been a much needed upgrade from my Golf that I owned previously. I needed a car with more space for my boys and the Renault has been perfect for it. The service I received was brilliant. They were very helpful, informative and it was an all-round good experience.

The service from Greenlight Motors was perfect, I've got no complaints about how everything went. I did notice a drop of oil on the drive but I haven't been able to give it the attention to get this looked at.

The customer service when buying from Greenlight Motors was really good and easy. I bought it without seeing it in person, as I was sent a video of the car. It was delivered with no trouble and was clean and valeted. So far it has been driving great, and there is nothing I wasn't pleased with throughout the buying process.
