Bought used vw tiguan. Salesman was excellent and couldn't do enough. Was originally going to buy volvo xc40 but lack of enthusiasm from salesman drove us to vw and they lost a sale. Would recommend vw but NOT volvo.

Great service department

Picked up my T Rock 4 hours after dropping it off for its first 12 month Service / check over no Valet /Shampoo. Been buying cars from this dealership for 15 years and feel the service is getting worse . Always thought after sales at this dealership has been very poor and customer service is as bad as ever .

Required two new tyres. Service team got me new tyres at a reasonable price. Fitted & valeted hassle free. Fantastic service. 10/10

I am honestly shocked that I’m leaving this review, but my goodness this dealership has to be the most unprofessional out of them all. The level of customer service is ABSOLUTELY embarrassing, shocking to say the least. I had to travel the whole way from Belfast to buy the car of my dreams (Scirocco R), once the deal was done, I drove away and wasn’t even 5 minutes away from the dealership until warning lights came on in the dashboard. Immediate red flag. Not only this, but just under two weeks later my brakes started failing, squeaking so badly that I felt endangered driving the car, to which I then wrote an email to my so called “Trusted Dealer” they who will not be named, done absolutely f*** all about it, and pointed me else where, I felt as if she received her commission from the sale and forgot about me. Disgusted, no respect for customers and only themselves. Has left me wondering what I’ve really got myself into, shocking from so called professionals. STAY AWAY, PLEASE.
