Having visited a number of Land Rover dealerships, leaving my details and outlining the vehicle spec I was looking for , I waited patiently for the call back which never came. I made a general enquiry through Land Rover and within 24 hours I received an e mail from Neil Harrison who had found a vehicle matching my spec . Despite me being on a riverbank in Norfolk fishing we managed to get a deal put together . At no time did I ever feel under pressure to make an early decision and after sitting in the vehicle a couple of days later the formalities were completed with the minimum of fuss. Neil also came in on his day off to ensure that the vehicle was ready for me to collect at the time I specified . Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to Recommend Neil and Guy Salmon Knutsford to anybody looking to purchase a prestige Land Rover.

My recent purchase of a new Range Rover Vogue from Guy Salmon Knutsford was dealt with very professionally by Salesman Chris Allen. I was kept in regular contact during the sale and nothing was too much trouble during the handover. His knowledge of the car was excellent and he was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely use this dealer again.

I called newcastle Landrover 3 time’s and no sales person called back, I looked online and found Knutsford Landrover, John called be back within 1 hour and he has given me the best experience I have had buying a car.
He even Delivered the car to my house in newcastle.
I will be using him again to buy my next car.
Would recommend to anyone

Walked in to Guy Salmon for a browse. Within 20 mins I had bought a Brand New Range Rover Velar. The experience was EXCELLENT!
We were assisted by a very professional man called Alexio, who explained everything we needed to know. I traded my car in , didn't get as much as I thought but it was the book price. Picked my new car up a week later. All taxed at the door ready to go, no drama no set backs .
My private number plate put on retention within minutes. He very kindly linked my Phone and Music up with my BEAUTIFUL new car. Would definitely return and recommend GUY SALMON to all my friends and clients.
Following day had a follow up email to check all was good and I was happy with everything.
WHAT A LOVELY EXPERIENCE INDEED!!

Brilliant service by the two people I spoke too, I bought a Land Rover Evoque from Guy Salmon Land Rover during the covid - 19 issues, Sent me multiple pictures of the car and can collect when all this is over. Warranty included and cannot fault the service up to now I have received. Looking forward to picking it up now. Thanks Guy Salmon Land Rover Knutsford.

Shocking ‘ customer service’ at Guy Salmon Land Rover Knutsford especially in this current climate! Only decent business are likely to survive and I regret that you do not fall into this category and therefore deserve to fail .
Customers deserve better.
