Responded by email to an advert for a competitively priced SUV; followed up by a phone call the following morning to confirm vehicle availability, the dealer confirmed it was and assured me that he would contact me if, during my journey to the site, the vehicle was sold. Upon my arrival, after a 65 mile trip from Norfolk to Lincoln, I was informed the vehicle had been sold in last 10mins!!! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, TOTAL LIARS!!!

Traded car previously bought from these guys , to upgrade on newer Nissan 4 door car , and whole changeover went seemlessly. How good and trustworthy would you feel they were, to let me drive away with car, leaving them only with a cheque ,as card service was down day I went in. ..?. Gave good price in exchange and all round you couldn't meet nicer team than them, and should the need arise they will respond to any queries or complaints . They'll always be first port of call and I'd highly recommend ,as have in past to friends etc.

I chose H & K Autos because of the very good reviews, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. I bought a car in October 2017. Soon after the purchase there was a problem with the car. The sales person was helpful to start with, but when it turned out that there could be a serious problem with the car, he started to pick on everything I did to solve the problem, and kept telling me that there is nothing wrong with the car, although another garage confirmed that there was a problem with the car. He's done everything he could to void the warranty I had on my car. Then I offered him to buy my car back at a much lower price, but as I expected he rejected it, which proves that there's a problem with the car, that's why he's not taking it back from me.

please read more then 30 feed back on autotreader,we are professional and very proud with all the good feed back from other customer and as you can see our after sale service is second to non regarding to Toyota verso has sold to this lady just a few day short of the warranty run out she called us complaining there was an issue,although we ask her to bring the car in for investigation, she decided to take the car to her own mechanic and now she demand refund, there are no ways to resolve the problem if the car has not been mad available to us or we can not make payment if repair has been carry out with out our knowledge.

Yes, totally awful once the car has a problem, especially when you find it had a dodgy mot with it too
I had been after a suzuki swift with 5 doors for quite a few months and then I finally found one here at a reasonable price lovely car inside and out. No pressure to buy and good test drive had to go back after a week as there was a problem with the car but they got it fixed without any question or problem. Would highly recommend.

Better late than never, bought two cars from these guys almost 4 yrs ago, one a 4x4, other Nissan, both older vehicles, and can honestly say they have been trouble free, good reliable runners and still going strong to date. No pressure from guys to buy, questions all answered clearly and honestly and would definitely return if want to change cars ever. Plus I confidently know they'd take cars back on decent trade in, so that's how confident they are about their vehicles. Have recommended to plenty .
