Efficient and helpful when choosing a car and paying for it, downhill after that. Paid extra £400 for a glasscoat. Never again will I buy from Hyundai Colchester. 14k mileage, advertised for 11k. Not noticed until I was sitting in the car ready to drive off. Was told well it would have been out for a test drive and that! Not convinced glasscoat had been applied. Did not receive normal complimentary products or car sticker applied. 2 independent businesses and another Hyundai garage advised either not applied or was patchy. Emailed manager - no reply. Went back over to complain. The mileage error - it was my fault for not checking the mileage on the order form. Surface scratches that presumably would be under the glasscoat & could have been polished out before applying - what’s to say it wasn’t you that did them. The glasscoat - drop it back and we will touch it up. Turners of Ipswich sorted it. Glasscoat rep came to my house. Prepared and coated the car completely, added sticker and gave me the complimentary products. Sorted. Loads of phone calls, emails, time and hassle and no apologies at all from Endeavour.

I ordered my new car with Endeavour Colchester and found their sales team, Lee and Matt very helpful, taking time to make sure I was happy with everything. The chap who does the invoicing was so friendly and picking up my new car went smoothly. I can highly recommend them for buying a new car.

I recently booked for a service at Endeavour Hyundai Colchester and asked if some other small pieces of work could be completed on the car. Suffice to say the small bits of work that I asked to be completed were completely ignored, however they did take the time to charge a ridiculous amount of money to replace the front discs and pads. So what originally was quoted as 300 pound ended up being 700. Not very happy and certainly will not be booking with them again. Its also worth mentioning that I had a headlight bulb out when the car went in for servicing. This was not picked up on the all points service.

I Have had 20 cars from haddock since 2005 staff are great always very friendly. Would recommend Endeavour Hyundai Colchester to anyone who wants a car.

Haddocks Hyundai used to be great but now they're no longer a family business my recent visit was appalling. Car went in for a simple repair and it did not feel right afterwards. Turned out the component fitted had been left loose as well as the brake disc. Spoke to the service manager about this and was told i would not be given any refund in a rude manner and was left stood in the car park as he walked off and left me stood there. I went in and spoke to another manager about my experience and was told he would get the dealer principle incontact with me first thing Monday.... i did'nt hear anything back so gave them a call and got hold of the service manager again who wouldn't put me through to anyone else because i didnt want to give him a reason why. So far this is far as ive got, wouldnt recommend anyone to touch them with a barge pole now.
