This is the 2nd time I've used Mathew and once again we were not disappointed. He and his team are fantastic. Part exchanged the car I originally bought for another little beauties Everything sorted quickly service and MOT done. And car collected within 10 days. Bought my first car from here and they were so helpful! Having researched lots into a variety of cars and dealerships we found this place - the man (can't recall his name sorry) was very open and genuine, and offered advice to me even if I weren't to buy from them. The car was clean, low mileage and as described although I was slightly disappointed when I'd noticed it had failed it's MOT with advisories on the tyres. They quickly sorted the advisories out and remained very professional throughout.

I have had many years experience (decades) as an aftersales manager in the automotive industry. Several aftersales diploma's and degree educated @ Loughborough Uni for aftersales dealership management. (Matt, the owner of this business does not know this) - (until he reads this!) .. I tell you this as I recently purchased a car from Matt @ Hallmark .. And, as I know all too well, sometimes things can go wrong... what matters is, how is this resolved? It's at this time that, as a consumer, you rely on faith and your trust in the dealer to correct it. Matt was very receptive, never once questioned the challenges and always sought to put it right. Great communication and continuing follow ups, we arrived at a point where I have a new vehicle, am very happy and have complete trust in a company that, if something goes wrong, they will endeavor to correct it with minimal hassle. Communication and trust! - Having been through this process with Matt/Hallmark, I can tell you - you can have both. I would buy here again and would very much recommend. Best wishes, Chris
