The Toyota is really good, and I’m very happy with it, especially since it's my first one from these guys. I happened to stop by the dealership as it was fairly local, and the experience was great. The customer service was excellent, very helpful with no hard selling or pressure at any point. They guided me through the test drive, explained all the paperwork clearly, and took the time to go over the car’s features with me.

Since getting my new Vauxhall Crossland, it has been nothing short of perfect. The car is fantastic, and the team made me feel welcomed. There was no pushiness, and everything was very relaxed. They had the car and paperwork prepared prior to make the whole sale quicker, which I appreciated.

Very good customer service, and you can tell the dealership value their customers. I told them about the issue I was having with the handbrake, and they were happy to sort it. Its important to find a dealer who still make an effort to satisfy you after you have already purchased the vehicle. They were friendly and reassuring. I would strongly suggest looking at Hallmark car sales if you are in the market for a new vehicle. And as an added bonus there was no hidden fees or surprise costs, which in this day and age is uncommon for a sale to be very transparent.

Taking much pleasure in the new Ford Mondeo. Everything was incredible easy going and they were extremely helpful. They had the car all ready for me, nice and pretty, and very well valeted. Simple paperwork and a simple purchase. No stress or hassle, which was my ideal situation. They told me how to work the car, so I was comfortable with all controls by the time I took it away.

I knew about Hallmark car sales for a while as I don’t live far, so I decided to take my chances and head down. I had a browse with them and had a look to see if they had what I wanted. I was chuffed when I saw they had the Honda Cr-V I wanted. The customer service was excellent. They went through and explained everything about the car to me, gave me all the instructions on the car and made sure to put me at ease. They weren’t pushy and I was given the space I needed.

Absolutely made up with my Ford Mondeo. All in all, it was a very easy process to be honest. I found them online, headed down, and the car was exactly as it was shown online. Had a test drive, asked what I needed to, got my answers and was ready to take it. There was no pressure throughout the whole sale. I felt quite comfortable to be honest. They made the whole handover really simple, did the road tax for me, had all the paperwork ready for me, and I was in and out like that. They will be my first choice when I am looking for my next car, but hopefully that won’t be for a while.
