I would rate my experience 5. Dec who I dealt with was very professional and was very quick to make sure everything was fine for me. He made the process very easy and when something came up wrong with the van he was very quick and resolving this problem.

Wasn’t specifically looking for the Renault Trafic, I was just looking for a van, and it was relatively cheap and had low milage. This was the first time buying a van, I was looking around to be honest, and they got what I was looking for. They were really good.

All is going fine with the Vauxhall Combo that I got from Hampshire Vans, everything was straightforward and clear, I’ve had no problems at all. The guys were very polite, helpful I can’t fault him really it was very straightforward. I would go back to them again.

She was a really good salesperson, and we had no issues with her whatsoever. We originally planned to see a few cars that day. Unfortunately, the BMW we ended up buying was not available that day, and we had to wait an hour for it to be brought to the dealership. The AC on the car had a fault that the warranty provided ended up fixing for me. The car also came without a V5C, which I was not made aware of until I had paid fully paid for the car. V12 did agree to get the car MOTed for me before I collected it the next day.
