This was my first time buying a car from Hartington Motors, and I'm very happy with how everything went. Jack made sure the whole process was nice and quick, which is exactly what I wanted, but he was still able to provide good customer service.

This was my first time buying a car, so it was all a bit of a whirlwind when it came to getting everything sorted. Also, with it being my first time getting a car, I don't have much to compare my experience to. The 5-star rating is based on the customer service I received from Jack (the salesman) he was great and really helpful. There was a bit of a wait because the car was being used by a family member, but the service involved was great.

Great car nice people would have been a 5 if I didn't have to come back to get some bits done, but all in all a great place for prestige cars.

I would rate it as a 5. Because you did everything I asked and kept me updated and even delivered my car for free.

Both the customer service on the day and my Ford Focus have been very good. I haven't had any issues up to now.

Other than there being a small issue with a scratch on the side, which I didn’t notice until a week later because I bought it online, it's been great, and I'm enjoying it. Hopefully, it’s something that can be sorted with a touch-up pen. Other than that, the whole process was easy and smooth. The dealership had great communication, and the car was delivered on time.
