The staff here provide a spot on service to me. I had a issue with the aircon quickly after I bought the vehicle, but as soon as I made Ben aware he got this in and sorted with no questions asked. honestly the buying experience with them was faultless.

This is my first time using Hartington Motors, and it has been perfect! Brad who was the salesman was great and got everything sorted incredibly quickly for me, I have already recommended my sister to Hartington Motors and 100% would return myself.

The process in buying the BMW x5 was really good, Brad who we initially spoke with was very helpful and friendly to deal with. We opted to get the car delivered which then arrived within a couple of days. The delivery man was fantastic, he spent time explaining all about the car, we even went on a test drive which was amazing, I cannot rate 5 stars only because it did take a little longer than expected for them to pay off the part exchange but overall we are really happy!

This was my first time buying a car and I am so incredibly thankful to Jack who guided me through every step, explaining all process's and answered all my questions I had. Based on my experience with Jack at Hartington when it comes for a new car in a couple of years, I will defiantly go back to them for my upgrade, and would happily recommend Hartington Motors.
