Came across the dealership on Autotrader. I was looking for a BMW specifically and when I went to see it in person everything was exactly as described and pictured. Nothing was hidden. Jack who helped with the sale was great. He made it a quick turnaround. The car had been cleaned and all the paperwork was prepared. No complaints.

Spot on service from the guys, whole process was straightforward and easy. I came across the dealership while looking for a Audi SQ5 on autotrader, I went to view and collect the car in person. I was pleased to see that everything was as described and pictured. Not had much chance to drive the car yet but everything seems great!

The car is good, I am enjoying it. Pleased with the customer service off Jack, He was professional and friendly and didn't put any pressure on the sale. The car was cleaned before I left with it, I would give a 4/5. The reason for this being the front bumper wasn't on properly, even though they said it would be fixed.

Overall, it's been a good experience. I bought the vehicle through We Buy Any Van, so I didn’t have much direct contact with the dealership. However, the turnaround was quick, which I was pleased about. The van had been cleaned for me, but it looked like the inside had been jet-washed, and I started to notice some mould after receiving it. I’m just going to sort that myself, and everything else has been fine, so I’d give it a 4 out of 5.

First time I've used Hartington Motors, I dealt with Jack, he answered all my questions and responded quickly. The car was delivered to me, everything came on time. The only fault I could give is that the service history wasn't sent to me, as they forgot to put it in the car, however it got sent across via email. I would recommend.

I'd give it a 5 because I've had some trouble with the car and I get that problems do happen and I haven't had to spend a penny as you guys covered expenses very good customer service and will definitely be considering Hartington for future vehicle purchase 5👍

I am really pleased with the car I got. There were a few little hiccups which have slightly lowered the rating I’m giving. Everything at the dealership was great. The staff were helpful and not pushy at all, which was really refreshing. When I was driving away after purchasing the car, I received a call from them explaining that there would be an additional £100 to pay. They hadn’t set up the warranty properly, and because the car is a 4x4, it cost more. They were apologetic, but it was not something I wanted to hear after the sale. The logbook also got lost, so I had to wait six weeks after delivery for it to arrive from the DVLA. That was frustrating, as I wanted to put my private reg on the car. However, everything is now sorted and I have had no issues with the car itself. A 4.1 out of 5 from me.
