I have had my Renault for about two weeks now, and am very happy with it. Hartington motors were very very professional and I highly recommend them, I travelled from Manchester to Wigan to see the car they were advertising, and it was a well spent travel and money. As far as I am concerned their service is 10/10.

I knew I wanted a golf, so I was searching for a while for the one I wanted online. Hartington motors was the only one who had the car I wanted on the market. The car looked exactly as the pictures which I was thankful for, and so far, it’s been excellent to me. There was no stress, and I didn’t feel pressured or that someone was just trying to make a sale. I felt really valued and got a fair deal on the car.

Having purchased from these guys before, it was the first place I looked at when I fancied a change. The new Ford is absolutely fabulous and been great to me so far. Both experiences I have had with these guys have been amazing. Mo was really good, he was so friendly and didn’t put any pressure on me or hide any costs, he was transparent and upfront about everything. I definitely think I got a fair deal on my car, especially for how low the mileage is. It was such an easy and perfect process, I wouldn’t change a thing, I literally walked in and out.

Really happy with the service I received down at Hartington Motors, and their aftersales service! It was my first car from these guys and it’s absolutely perfect. I found them through Zuto on Autotrader and the car looked like exactly what I wanted. Thankfully when I headed down the car was exactly as in pictures, so I wasn’t misled or shocked with any surprises at all, which was relieving. When I got there the process was so easy, and exactly how I wanted it to be. They handed me the keys, let me do my own thing, gave me the space to have a look at the car without anyone hounding me, and then offered me up the paperwork, and answered anything I needed to know about the car. Literally so easy and simple. When I brought the car there was a fault with the Ac, and I let them know it was broken. They told me to get it repaired and they will pay for it. I offered to pay for it myself and sort it out, but they covered and reimbursed me and insisted that they pay for it. Their customer service was amazing, every time I have rung about anything, they were more than happy to help and have just been a perfect dealership to deal with. I would 1000% return and recommend them and will definitely be buying another car from them.

I had the car delivered to me after finding these guys on Autotrader. I don’t live that far but was just less hassle and easier for me if they delivered. Loving the new car and was satisfied with the delivery process. They kept me updated via WhatsApp, so I wasn’t in the dark at all, and they delivered on time. Also, the car was properly valeted before arriving to me. I will definitely keep them in mind when looking for my next vehicle.

A really on the ball dealership. I love my new Ford. I did have a little issue with it, but these guys sorted it out for me straight away and were happy to help. I came across them online and ended up having the car delivered to me. They kept me updated the whole time and their communication was great, they delivered it when they said they would so you can tell they stick to their word! And the car was spotless upon delivery, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very happy customer.

Really happy with my new Jeep. Never headed down to these guys before, so didn’t know what to expect. When I got there David was great, he assisted me throughout the whole process, and there was no pressure, so I had the space I needed to make a decision without any hard selling. They answered everything I wanted to know and were very nice. They really looked after me. I part exchanged my old vehicle and feel like I got a pretty fair deal on it, so I’m happy with that. They did all they needed to and I took the car on a test drive. I would return personally or tell my own family and friends to check them out. Really big thanks to these guys for sorting me out.

Our prayers had been answered when we came across Hartington Motors. We are extremely pleased with our new Ford Fiesta and have had no issues whatsoever with it so far, touchwood! I don’t do a lot of mileage, so I didn’t need a brand-new car fresh out of the dealership. I had an idea of what I wanted, and so I took a look at Autotrader, where I came across these guys. I had a quick look through the reviews, and they were all great, so I thought people’s opinions clearly speak volumes; they must be good. I didn’t know how good. Harry was amazing, there was no pressure on the day, and there were no hidden costs or surprises. I took out the warranty just for that extra peace of mind. The car was about ten years old, but you could tell it had been serviced properly and maintained. There were no scratches, no marks, and nothing at all. On the day, the car was ready, all the paperwork was prepped, and it was just a really straightforward purchase. I would absolutely return myself and recommend them. If I were looking for another car or any of my kids or grandkids were, I would direct them to these guys for sure. The car was immaculate when we were there. You can tell these guys make a massive effort and are in a really good position for people to be satisfied with their cars. I had a quick walkaround while I was there, just looking at all the cars they had to offer, and every single one was spotless, and it was so evident that the guys clearly made a massive effort to make sure the cars were to a high standard. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a new car. They had such a wide range that I was shocked myself. From really cheap little run-arounds to really expensive cars, regardless of the price, everyone was in great condition and literally prestige clean. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Never been so impressed with customer service. Had a Vauxhall from these guys recently and had a few little issues with it. As soon as I told the guys down at the dealer, they ordered the parts for me, and as soon as they got it in, asked me to come down. Sorted out the issues for me straight away and weren’t awkward about it. They were happy to help. Would absolutely return. They were just so helpful. They even gave me a courtesy car while I was waiting on the car to get fixed. Literally cannot recommend them enough.

Honestly hard to come across a dealership who care after purchase. This wasn’t a case of I paid them for the car, had an issue after and they just left me to it. As soon as I told them I had an issue with the air con, they told me to bring it in when I could and got it sorted for me. Class guys, they were straight on it, and happy to help. Live quite locally to these guys, so thought we would head down to buy the son his first car. Customer service was bang on. We took it for a test drive, and a few days later after doing all the payments online, I came to get the car. It was properly valeted when I got there and they had the car and all the paperwork ready for me, so I didn’t have to do any waiting around.
