Everything has been grand. Autotrader pointed me in the right direction. The customer service was mega. They were great to me and did all I could’ve asked for. They answered all my questions, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Anyone looking for a decent dealership, I would definitely say to check these guys out.

Chuffed with my new A5. Loving putting miles on it as it drives so well. Never been down to these guys before but now that I have, I would definitely recommend and return. They were so well mannered, and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure, and everything was done at my own pace, as they were really patient. They took their time with me to explain everything, and it was just really nice to not feel rushed or that the dealer is trying to just finish a quick sale. Big thanks to these guys.

Really cannot fault the service from the guys down at Hartington Motors. Had a little issue with the management light on the car, but as soon as I told these guys, they were on the job and already sorting it out. They gave me a good deal for this car aswell. Third time visit to them because I have had good experiences with them.

Got no complaints at all. Car is lovely to drive, and the guys were really nice. I felt really welcomed and comfortable, which made the whole experience easier. The car is running well. I had a few hiccups, but the garage is already on top of sorting them out, so can't fault them. The pictures matched how it looked in real life, but to my surprise, it actually looked even better in person. I couldn't be happier! And props to these guys for their customer service. they clearly care about their customers!

10/10 experience! First time heading down to these guys, and I would definitely return in the future. The customer service was perfect. They offered me a test drive, and I took it for a little spin around the block, and from there I knew I would be taking it home.
