The initial buying process with Mo was spot on. He was really great to deal with and I didn’t have any issues at all. I was very happy with how everything was handled at the start. The car did have some issues that needed fixing, so it went back to the dealership. It was there for two weeks, and I have just recently got it back. Everything seems fine with it now and the issue is no longer there, so I do appreciate them fixing this for me. However, I felt the communication during that time was quite poor, and I wasn't kept updated with what was going on. That did let the experience down a bit. Some better communication in the aftersales would have made this the perfect experience.

I'd give it a 5 because I've had some trouble with the car and I get that problems do happen and I haven't had to spend a penny as you guys covered expenses very good customer service and will definitely be considering Hartington for future vehicle purchase 👍

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hartington Motors to anyone who was looking to buy a new car. As a woman buying a car on her own it could have felt nerve racking but Jack M was so helpful and polite, I didn’t feel at all pressured to make a decision and he was really supportive while I was choosing my new car. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and any questions I had he answered straight away. Thanks Jack!

I dealt with three different salesmen. Harry took me on the test drive, and I cannot remember the other names, but they were all helpful, and the car I purchased has been running perfectly well. There was a slight delay in them paying the PCP of the car I part exchanged, but it is all sorted now, so I would give it a solid 4.

Great vehicle car was immaculate on pick up great customer service and good communication most of a friendly service was provided

Saw a car advertised on their Autotrader, from start to finish the whole process was effortless and worry free. Would definitely recommend this dealership and definitely use again for future purchases.
