Although I had never purchased from Hartington Motors before, I recently decided to check out their selection, particularly the Nissan Qashqai, which had caught my eye. To my delight, it ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for in a car. What truly made the experience memorable was the sales team at Hartington Motors. We called and spoke to Mo before going down to Hartington motors as we are a little further away but when we got there he had got everything sorted for us. The car was waiting for us when we arrived and he got us straight out in it for a test drive. The car is absolutely fab, the only thing is the electric mirrors don't work but we have no issues with that at all. The car was spotless when we took it away and even had a good tank of fuel in it which was a shock as so many places give you barely any fuel. Very good experience!

Found my Vauxhall Corsa on Autotrader and was so impressed when I went to see it, it was even better in person than on the pictures! I just love it, it is great. The guys at Hartington Motors were really nice and welcoming and helped us out once we got there.

My wife was looking at Fiat 500s for a long time before we found the one. She was looking for very specific things such as the twin air model and it being an automatic which don't come up often. When we found one on Autotrader with Hartington Motors it looked in a good condition for the age. We had a look at the reviews and they were all positive so that just solidified the decision for us to make the 100 mile trip down to them and we certainly weren't disappointed. The car had a few scratches on it but the guys got them all sorted before we collected the car which was great. We just had a pretty good experience from start to finish. Only issue we have is the radio isn't working other than for CDs so my partner is missing her tunes on her daily commute but they are looking into whether we can get this fixed under the warranty it came with so we have no doubts it will all be sorted soon.

Ellis was very good, he was really joyful to sit and chat with and actually listened to what I wanted with no pressure to buy anything. He helped me find my Toyota Yaris which I absolutely love, the second I saw it I just thought, this is my car! The whole process was just brilliant, they sorted out the book for me as they had missed the service stamp but that was all resolved so quickly. Quite often as a woman I feel undermined by salesmen but this really wasn't the case with Ellis, he treated me like family. I think he has got another mum in me now haha! Typically a wagon crashed into me a week after I collected my car so it has had to go in the body shop and honestly I feel like I am missing a limb. I have got a courtesy car but it is just making me miss my little Yaris even more. Can't wait to get it back now!
