I always got very quick responses whether that was via Whatsapp or over the phone which was appreciated. I dealt with Jack and he let me have a look around in my own time which was great. The car is perfect!

I'm always apprehensive buying from a second hand dealer, but I had a really good experience to be fair. They offered me 6 month gold warranty and I've been back to them since with a problem which they've quickly resolved. I'd give them 5 stars, honestly I can't fault them at all.

A young lad called Jack helped with the purchase, he was great and really helpful, there was no pressure at all. Some of the cars we had looked at elsewhere weren't in great condition but he Mini at Hartington was in great condition so we decided to buy. We had to chase them for the V5 and for the transfer of ownership for my part ex, but then they sorted it straight away. It was a really good experience.

They were really patient and there was no pressure, they just said here's the keys and have a look at the car in your own time which was great. We are local to them but I found them because I was looking for a Mokka specifically. It was a really good experience.

I'm very happy with my purchase! Friendly and knowledgeable salesman, with no 'hard sell' tactics - as I would have walked away if I had felt pressured to agree to a sale! I experienced a few problems with car faults but they were dealt with professionally. Car was immaculate when I collected it, which enhanced my experience greatly. Good communication. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a used car!
