There was an issue with the second gear on the vehicle, which was a little disappointing, but it is something I am keeping an eye on. I will be taking it to a main garage just to get it double checked and make sure it is not a major issue. Apart from that, everything has been great. All the lads were very helpful and made the whole process really straightforward. We saw pictures of the car before going to view it in person, and everything was exactly as described and pictured. Nothing was hidden from me.

The car looked like brand new! Honestly very impressed with how clean the vehicle was when I picked it up, it had a lovely polish and in all my years I have never been able to get a car like that, looked like it came straight out of a shown. The whole transaction from start to finish was easy and straightforward.

First time using this dealership, came across them while searching on AutoTrader. I felt that the pictures of the car were accurate to what I saw in person, I didn't feel like anything was hidden from me. When I arrived to pick the car up it was already prepared for me, it had been valetted and was ready to go. It was a very efficient process, no messing around.

The car has been good, and it was my first time visiting the dealership. I have already thought about keeping this car for a year or two and then trading it in with Hartington for a different one, as long as the price is right. Solid 5 stars.

When we purchased the car, we got to go on a test drive, and it was all clean and presentable. The staff were helpful, and even after we took the vehicle home, we have been in contact to arrange some things that need doing. They have been accommodating so far, so I can’t fault them.

This is our second time purchasing from Hartington Motors, and just like the first time, the service was excellent. The Vauxhall Insignia we bought has been good. We did have to take it back for a tyre pressure warning light, and they sorted it straight away.

On the day of the purchase, the salesman was very helpful and took us on a test drive. However, when the car was delivered, there was a big scratch on the front that was not there when we visited the dealership. For this reason, it will be a three-star rating, although they did fix the scratch for us.
