4 stars only because I felt they could have mentioned a few more details in the online advert about the condition of the car but I was still happy to go ahead with it. The car itself has been absolutely fine. There was a small issue I had, but after contacting Hartington Motors Ltd they sent me the money over to get it repaired, and it's been great since. This was my first time visiting the dealership after finding them online, and I couldn't be happier with how they handled everything.

Everything went well while I was purchasing my Kia. There was a little issue with my brakes at the start, but after taking the car back, the team was able to get this sorted. Harry was the salesman that looked after me, and he provided good customer service.

I noticed the other day coming home from work that the air-con doesn't work but I can get that sorted myself. After agreeing to take the car I arranged to have it dropped off at my place of work and it arrived no problems at all.

Honestly I would rate 5 stars for the service. Jack was really good to deal with and everything was straightforward. I went for the Mercedes C-Class, which has been good. I'm really happy with it. It was a no hassle sale.

I was looking for a car that was in my budget and out of the 4 or 5 places I went to view cars, I can hand on heart say I felt more confident getting a car from this dealership. Since having the car, I've had a gear box issue which I don't believe Hartington were aware of because I felt the team were genuine and honest in there approach to selling the car. I'm currently trying to claim through the warranty, by following all the instructions on how to claim but I do feel they are dragging their feet. But I do just want to mention that all of the lads at the dealership were great, the car was in immaculate condition and they weren't to know about the issues.

This was my first time visiting Hartington Motors Ltd and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, it was perfect. Everything went smoothly, the team was easy to deal with and really helpful. I arranged for the car to be delivered due to the distance, but the car was delivered bang on time. I've had the car for a couple of months, and everything is running well.

Everything with my Golf up to now hasn't been too bad, I've not come across any issues. I'm just waiting for a clip to arrive from Hartington, but I'm happy with how they've handled the situation. Everything I've asked for, they've managed to sort out for me. 5 out of 5.

Since having my BMW from Hartington Motors Ltd, I've managed to take it for a long trip to Manchester and general day-to-day driving, and I'm enjoying it. Brad was the salesman that looked after me, and he was perfect. I wanted the car regardless, but while I was enquiring, he wasn't trying to push me into getting anything extra with the car, like the warranty.

I would rate my overall experience with Harrington Motors a 5, everyone was very helpful and straight to the point.
