my rating is 5. The car I bought is in good condition and everything was as described. The customer service is also at a high level.

Bought the car for my daughter, everything has been going well with it, it was a very nice straightforward experience with the dealership, everything was spot on, car was prepped and cleaned and have no complaints.

Very happy customer having acquired a clean, properly prepared vehicle from Hartington Motors yesterday - 'Jack M' the sales executive went out his way to keep me updated throughout the week before pick up regarding any questions I had and was extremely polite and thorough on guiding me through final completion on the day of pick up. The attention to detail in both the car and customer service was overall amazing and I highly recommend buying off them. Thanks again!

Brilliant service, took the car on a test drive definitely got long enough to get a feel for the vehicle, so far I have been really pleased with the vehicle, I would definitely suggest Hartington to anyone.

Customer service was grand, the lads even stayed late to accommodate to us as we got stuck in traffic. We were never rushed and the whole process went smoothly. The car was spotless. it looked like new, very pleased. There has been no issues with the car so far so we are pleased.

Brakes sometimes squeak, headlights aren't the brightest, and sometimes the gear pops out after putting it in gear but all very manageable and doesn't cause much concern. Drives very nicely and a very lovely car so I am happy with my purchase.

Communication from the staff was great. I came across the car online and was in touch with the team via WhatsApp. Their response time was quick, and there was no waiting around. I went to see the car in person and was pleased with it. I had it delivered, and everything was on time with no issues. The only thing was that they said it would be valeted before arriving, but when it arrived, it was in the same condition as when I saw it, so I had to get it valeted myself. Apart from that, I'm very pleased with the service and the car.

Harry was really helpful and professional. I travelled from Blackpool, took the car for a test drive, and knew it was 100% what I wanted. I came back the next day to take it home, as I couldn't get insured until then. I would definitely use these guys again. I have no complaints and highly recommend them. Great dealership.

There was a issue in the beginning as the car we wanted to view wasn't at the dealership when we got there, however the lads were great, and the car actually got delivered to us in the end. the lad who dropped it off let me know an estimate for when he would be arriving. The delivery went smoothly the car arrived valetted. I can't complain they were helpful and honest and gave me a great car with no issues.
