No communication, lied about work carried out on the car I bought and delivered without the agreed warranty. I have had better service from a backstreet car sales than this supposed prestige dealer. AVOID

Terrible service, messaged to look at an RS5 came to view and was in dire condition, warning lights etc. When asked to test drive it I was instantly and rudely spoken to. Drove an hour to see the car. Avoid these clowns.
I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled too in order to prevent others being let down and mislead. The customer service I have received thus far is nothing short of appalling. There always seems to be “ no- one” around to deal with refunds or issues relating to accounts. After emails and numerous phone calls to obtain a refund for a £100 holding deposit- I am still no further forward in ever seeing that returned. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your dream new car. Oh and just in case the dealership say this is a ‘fake review’ -I have the evidence to back up leaving this review.

Bought a used car here full of issues, had to spend a thousand on repairs, no call backs - once they've got your money good luck, constantly having to call for updates, always speaking to different people due to huge staff turn over. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere legit.

I put down a ,£100 deposit and was told that the car would be delivered on a certain date. The date passed so I rang and got no answer so I texted, the next morning I received a text stating I was off and that the car would be delivered the next day and that I would get a call to arrange a delivery time. This never happened. The following morning I sent a text asking if the car was going to be delivered? I did not get a reply so I rang in the afternoon and told that I was no happy with the lack of communication and that I wanted my deposit back. I was told no because I had occurred cost because the car is now in my name ! A car I never received. Please done waste your time and money.

Despite spending almost £30K on a car as soon as I drove away they haven't wanted to know. The battery has been flat since before we bought it, but hoping it was just because it hadn't been run for a while we accepted it might charge itself and all would be OK. It didn't but no matter how many times I phone them, no calls are ever returned and each time I'm asked who I spoke to, when etc when I make sure I speak to the same guy every time! Similarly the car has a coolant leak but they're no interested in sorting this either, even though this was all raised within the specified warranty period. I've ended up going to a specialist centre to get it done at my own expense which I really shouldn't have had to. The car also has some strange sticky goo covering the gear flaps and the starter button when I collected it - I don't think much of their valeters! And lastly they forgot to give me the car's manual, service record etc and despite being told they'd ordered a replacement from the manufacturer, 3 months on I still don't have anything. Just no aftersales service at all. Sadly I won't be buying from them again.

I purchased a Porsche 911 55 plate from Harvey’s and when I collected the car they done just as i asked wheels refurbed and the car was gleaming . Fully serviced and fresh MOT . Loving now driving my 911 4 s . Great customer experience!

Disgusting!! Saved long and hard for my dream car a Range Rover evoque Nothing but issues from dec 2019 up until now They don’t want to know after you pick up the car and drive off The high influx of staff members leaving says it all! I’m now with the FCA and small claims £1960 I’ve spent for things I shouldn’t have had to fix if they didn’t sell me a trash of a car! They’ve blocked my number so I can’t phone and they don’t bother email back Managers there jonothan , Stuart and now a guy called Steve How is this place still open?? If FCA or small claims don’t agree with me trust me I will be making everyone know to avoid this place!! What absolute 1 year on and still battling with them DISGUSTING!!! How do you all sleep at night!!!
