Hatters has been absolutely brilliant! We're thrilled with our new Kia Niro. We traded in two cars, one of which was a Nissan Leaf that always left us with range anxiety due to its poor charge retention. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Hatters, especially Bash, Carlos and Simon. I have bought a number of cars and these stand out miles above the rest. The whole process of buying the car was a dream and the service was five star on its own. I have since had a small problem with the car (that was not a fault of Hatters but of a previous garage) and Hatters went out of their way to support me throughout when they could have easily swerved any involvement. Its rare to find a garage that looks after you once they've got their money but I would recommend Hatters to anyone who wants to buy a car with confidence.
