I bought a corsa from the guys at Haverhill car exchange and it was honestly the most easiest thing to do, they were very helpful polite and professional. The car is amazing and was throughly cleaned before I collected it along with a service and once over by a mechanic. I would highly recommend these guys to get a car I know in the future I’ll be back.

Haverhill car exchange - Sturmer rd. BEWARE !! They advertise themselves as a highly rated car dealer but are anything but. We bought a car from them 5 months ago and the exhaust fell apart after 2000 miles. It turned out the car had failed the mot 4 days before purchase, and they did a bodged temporary patch on it to get it through the mot, which barely lasted 2000 miles for the same thing that it failed on. After they said they would look at it they ( after a month of having the car ) replaced the rear exhaust and we were charged for clearing the dpf and replacing a pressure pipe. We thought ok as long as the car is working now, so paid them for their onsite mechanic to finish the work, and collected the car, having told us there were no error codes showing. On the journey home within 20 mins 2 errors showed up on the dashboard, so they clearly hadn’t tested it at all. Their comment, well it’s a 2nd hand car, so you have to expect this, even though all the problems have been exhaust related which was the problem that failed the mot before purchase. They have been a nightmare to deal with and we still have a car that we can’t use, without spending even more money on it. Do not waste your money with these guys, what you buy from them is likely to be a money pit.

Let me add some truth to this review Marc. Your son purchased a 1 Owner, Full Service Service Nissan Juke in December 2022. We agree to place a new 12 month Mot on the vehicle prior to collection. The car failed due to an exhaust blow from the rear section. We repaired this and the vehicle passed the Mot a couple of days later. Over 5 months and in excess of 2,000 miles later, you are trying to reject the vehicle as you have got a DPF issue and are trying to say it was due to the exhaust. As both us and and your own Garage have told you, this wouldn't cause a DPF issue. Dispute this, we agreed to collect the vehicle from your Garage at our cost to check the exhaust. We sent our Mechanic to collect your vehicle. On arrival he was met by the Garage Manager who explained the vehicle had been recovered by the RAC previously for a split pipe. And instead of waiting for the repair, you continued to use the vehicle against the RAC and Garage advice, which has then caused the DPF to block. Dispite this information that hadn't been disclosed, we took the car back to our workshop. On inspection, the middle part of the exhaust had now failed and not the part we repaired. Out of goodwill, we replaced both the middle and rear section free of charge. We also tried to assist you with the DPF issue, getting a clean and a new pressure pipe fitted at a Trade cost - charging no Labour to fit this. We also noted there was a Glow plug code stored so we changed these free of charge also. However, the light returned and you carried on being abusive and rude towards us and refuse to listen to anything you are told, so we have declined to help you any further.

I will admit that when buying the car they were quite helpful. As soon as I let them know there was a problem (straight after I bought the car) they have given nothing but awful service. Extremely rude and disgusting behaviour. I wouldn’t waste your time; there are plenty of other garages I have been to, all are far better!

Olivia, thanks for your review, albeit a disappointing one-star. In your instance, a team member agreed to meet with you outside business hours to resolve your problem. Unfortunately, you arrived over 20 minutes late for the appointment (verified by CCTV), by which time our team member had left. As I understand it, you then proceeded to send abusive and accusatory text messages and continue to still do so.. The team have since attempted to contact you at least 6/7 times without a response. However, you still feel the need to send abusive emails. In this instance, I feel we have gone above and beyond to solve your problem. However, we will tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff.
