Saw a Range Rover vogue on their site, called for more information ask to get the ball rolling. The phone was answered by an arrogant man who seemed to have no interest in selling the vehicle. I decided to go ahead anyway. He agreed to full service the car before the sale as he wouldn’t knock a penny off the asking price even though he would be earning £1500 from my finance commission. I told him I would pay a deposit of £1k on the phone so that he could do the work and then I collect it. “We don’t do that”. So he expected me to go down, view the car, drive 250 miles back after signing whilst he does the service, then do another 7 hour round trip to collect. I’m glad the guy doesn’t work for me if that’s his attitude towards people willing to spend tens of thousands of pounds.

Went along to HCS Trading to see Dan to view a BMW 4 series. It was exactly as described and in the pictures, refreshing change to go to a car dealer that pictures are exactly as the car is when you turn up to view. Highly recommend HCS Trading

Dan was very helpful and friendly, I have not bought a car for 10 years and he was very patient and helped me through the whole procedure. No pressure sales tactics, the only hiccup was that I had problems with my bank transferring the money

Never in my life have I been treated in such an apalling manner. We tried on several occassions to book an appointment to view one of their vehicles but each time they made it sound as though we were inconveniencing them. At the fourth attempt of trying to book an appointment he accused my wife of shouting at him (which she absolutely did not because I was sitting next to her in the car) and told her "just leave it and don't bother coming!". How they remain in business is beyond me. This guy is a clown, don't waste your time and money.

I was in London to view a car about an hour away from his, needless to say I was absolutely gutted with the all round experience. Called my back up plan, which was Dan at hcs trading. I explained my situation to him and he was very welcoming and allowed me to view a mercedes cls at such short notice. Upon arrival you are confronted with a cheeky chappy, very straight forward and knows his job very well. The vehicle was presented exactly how it should be , clean, exactly as described online and they pitch every sale perfectly. Nice clean indoor showroom to go with it. His wife is also a lovely woman to deal with in the office. Overall a great experience for me and I absolutely love my new car.

Emailed twice via auto trader and phoned and left a voicemail to enquire about a car. Zero replies or communication, despite maintaining they are still trading online via there FB page, however I have now noticed they upped the price of the car I enquired about by £1000. I probably would have paid it but the lack of customer service is appalling and to not even to bother to reply is abysmal. Luckily I found my ideal car with a Ford dealer direct who replied to my query within an hour and showed the level of service and respect most consumers deserve.

I never leave reviews for anything however I’m so happy with the service and the car I purchased that I thought I should. I personally wouldn’t take any notice of the bad reviews on here I honestly can’t fault Hcs trading or Dan. I thought Dan was very helpful and polite, the car I bought looked as good at as it did in the photos and was described exactly how it was. His showroom is one of the best I’ve been in, it’s immaculate and so are his cars, you really won’t be disappointed. I will 100% be going back to Hcs trading when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle!
