Very pleased with my new car! It was a very pleasant experience purchasing a car from Hearsall Common Car Sales. They were polite and not at all pushy which is what you often expect from car dealers. It was a very smooth process and the car was in great condition when I went to collect it - it had been extremely well valeted and was lovely and shiny, the car honestly looked so good and it just made the purchase and handover exciting and not daunting. I would buy another car from here without hesitation.

Really happy with the car - its a great family car which is just what I needed. I'm certainly getting my use out of it! I feel like I'm practically living in it at the minute. Absolutely brilliant service received by the lads at Hearsall. Faultless from start to finish, I bought an Audi A4, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. When I was buying the car the guys kept me fully updated, always emailing and calling with any updates they had and there was no pushiness or pressure, just helpful and informative. The car is perfect, I'm really really happy with it, I'm using the car daily and it's been great. When I collected it was absolutely immaculate, the condition of the car is pristine, I vow to keep it that way too! I will highly recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a new car.

Really pleased with my new Mitsubishi Shogun, its lovely to drive and very nice to be in. I've wanted one for some time now so to finally buy it, I'm made up. The service was brilliant, they was really really good, very helpful. I didnt met the staff as the car was delivered to me, a couple of hundred miles away too but any communication I had with the dealer throughout the sale was perfect, really helpful and polite and always came back to me.

I didn't get the usual dealer experience with buying a car during lockdown, I purchased online and over the phone and then collected it. However, what I did get was; 5* customer service, accommodating staff, and a beautiful BMW 116!! I'm really enjoying the car, I'm using it daily and its just great! Cannot fault the staff at all, the remained professional, very very friendly and nice to speak to. They provided a smooth transaction and very safe hand over. I'm impressed, I would happily use Hearsall Common Car Sales in the future.
