Bought a car in July, sold as "Excellent condition". Not car experts, and a 5 min test drive (all that was allowed) did show any problems. Car didn't have paperwork, so sat at home for 6 weeks waiting for new V5 to arrive so it could be taxed. Roadside recovery called out, new battery needed. 2 weeks later, car would not start. Recovery called again, battery tested. Next day, taken to local garage. Car deemed to have been in an undeclared accident and bodge repaired, and in such poor condition mechanically that it would not even be allowed to start an MOT, let alone to pass one. Car declared unfit to drive and uneconomical to repair. MOT that came with car either fraudulent, or accident happened in the 21 miles between MOT and us buying it. Alleged service done just before purchase laughable and/or non-existent. All attempts to call or email went unanswered. Attempts to chargeback with credit card company failed, as dealer gave pack of lies to Amex - Apparently i had a long test drive and had an expert with me at purchase. Now looking at further legal action. Scam artists, avoid at all costs

Unfortunately, the vehicle we were sold was faulty from day 1, which we have documented, and their "garage" said it could be fixed with a can of miracle solution. The engine has now failed, which requires a complete disassembly of the engine. We notified someone from the company - who assured us there is a "warranty" and now is not answering our phone calls. We contacted the third-party warranty provider who informed us that no paperwork/policy was ever filed for our vehicle - no warranty. Again, we have repeatedly tried to contact the company, having to use Skype to mask our number to finally get someone on the phone. The person, who was now managing the business because the boss is out of the country, will not resolve the issue by reimbursing our purchase. We are going to have to pursue legal action as the car is obviously not "in very good condition." I would avoid this business as the issue with our vehicle was known and yet they still tried to pass it off onto the consumer - highly unethical.

These people sold me a car knowing it wasn’t road legal! With a Fraudulent MOT, it’s cost me hundreds to try and rectify the problems and now the has been deemed a mechanical write off. They would take no responsibility despite the car still being under warranty! Legal proceedings have now begun. Never even buy a car from this dealer.

Have a read if the reviews before you buy, purchased a Range Rover 6 weeks ago. Stopped working after 2, zero contact from dealer, warranty not worth the paper it’s written on, have now lodged a formal complaint with the broker and the finance company in order to reject the vehicle, Still trying to resolve and still no contact from the dealer to even slightly discuss, which for a long term (so he says) business owner is find ludicrous. Topped off by telling lies to the broker on Friday about being unable to collect and get the car repaired, by the garage we agreed to, and when I called said garage to query, I was told that was nonsense, so now we have taken it further Absolutely disgusted by the lack of integrity, lack of contact and downright BS from this subpar business, save your money Cowboy !
