Heathrow Motors were very helpful and any problems were sorted at no extra cost. All the staff were very helpful in showing you the cars regardless of how many you willing to look at. Car was cleaned before collection.

Have bought nearly 5 cars from here, all have been of good value and expectation. Not had a single problem. All employees have been great and very helpful especially Roy. I cannot find any fault with this dealer. I have recommended Heathrow Motors to all my friends and family.

Went to look a 3 different cars at Heathrow motors and settled on a C max. I found the salesman Daryll very helpful and knowledgeable and came away happy with my new car. So far so good. Many thanks. I will be back for a car for my son when he gets his driving licence.

Wasted 5 hour round trip visiting Heathrow Motors. The photos n the Autotrader website were obviously photoshoped. The car was full of scratches and parking marks, it had done 10,000 miles more that stated and they didn't have the "Full Service History" they claimed they had.

Wished I had read the reviews before my 5 hour round trip. Got there, told car was at MOT station and would be 20 minutes, over an hour later car turned up, thought it was the wrong car as the one I went to view was described as immaculate, the car was full of dents, scratches and was a total shed, did not even bother going back into the showroom. Only thing it made my time worth while was one of their drivers "testing" a car via a road check and seeing it come back with the front of the car smashed up, funniest thing ever. Don't buy a silver Mazda from them. DO NOT LET THEM DRIVE YOUR CAR IF YOU WANT IT BACK.

Complete joke, been to see the car and it was full of dents and scrapes. I think the photos must have been photo shopped. What a waste of my time.

Awful experience with this so called car dealership. PLEASE do not buy any car from this place, I am at least £2000 out of pocket with all associated costs. Such an unprofessional set up. If you do buy a car from them then I wish you all the good luck in the world. You are going to need it based on what happened to me.

I went recently to Heathrow Motors to view a Mazda 5 as advertised on Autotrader. However, on arrival we realised that the vehicle had none of the features advertised (Satnav and electric sunroof) and was in poor condition. Their response to this was they had no control over how the adverts were worded. Our second choice was a Jeep Compass which was more alike to the advert and did drive well at first. After buying this one we were very annoyed when the battery failed on the way home. After several attempts we managed to get it going again in order to get home. However, 24 hours later the battery has completely failed. After calling them, they admitted to me that they do not bother checking the vehicle before it left the garage because it was part of a trade in. How responsible is this? The 'comprehensive' cover that they also sold us does not cover batteries and they stated it was not their responsibility so 2 days later we are having to spend 300 pounds fixing the car. My advice is that if you want to have a cheap car at high risk then fine otherwise AVOID this dealership AT ALL COSTS
