Stay away from Heathrow Motors. Only 2 days after purchase the engine packed up, and on came the engine light warning. The car began to blow smoke, burning oil. I clearly contacted the dealer and Sam (owner) refused to issue a refund. Stay away at all costs.

Bought my car from heathrow motors two days ago and honestly I can say its been one of the best experiences. Car is in immaculate condition as I was told over the phone. The car was also at a very competitive price. The car was sold to me the minute I walked in there. Highly recommended.

Was sold a very unsafe car from Heathrow motors would not bother at all with this place. My advice is to save your money. Customer service non existent. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY. You have been warned by a previous customer.

The Sales Men at Heathrow Motors were very helpful and friendly. I also got a great deal on my new car and the one I brought to part-exchange! I would buy from here again and i would recommend them to friends.

I would highly recommend Heathrow Motors as they have a huge variety of used cars. I purchased a BMW 5 series from them not long ago and we agreed at the time of sale that they would carry out a full service. I then bought the car back after 3 weeks and a service on my vehicle was carried out. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would recommend them to friends and family. WELL DONE KEEP IT UP. I don't actually know where to begin when leaving this review for Heathrow Motors. I see a car advertised on Auto Trader which looked very tidy and looked great on the advert. Once I got there it was a different story to be honest and I should of walked away but when you save money up and have your heart set on something I loved it is a different story. The car was advertised as having one owner which is more of bonus, new MOT, full service etc. I went for a test drive, it drove ok and I liked it but what I should of done was get the car checked before purchasing even though I had a Hpi check. I should have paid £50.00 through a mechanic or AA or RAC to check it over and it is worth paying and wish I had, as boy do I regret buying. When I was half way home the vehicle management light came on and I was concerned and then to my horror the whole car packed up. Luckily I'm with RAC and I was rescued but that shouldn't have happened. They fitted the wrong battery which didnt have battery clamp or cover fitted which caused the positive terminal bolt to become worn through installation and shorted out (melted) and I was told this could of caused a fire in and this is what caused the alternator to go due to shorting. Then to make matters worse the the oil level was below minimum after on the advert said just had full service etc. Anyway I think I had my rant regarding Heathrow motors, so I recommend stay away as their website looks very inviting but when you get there it's a yard and very deceiving from the advert of vehicle you going too see. So my advice is to stay away as that was my first car which I see everyday but can't drive as they are interested in resolving my problems. Luckily I paid by credit card and not cash so I stopped payment and I phoned them and explained and they could say was a you drive away in it and we have sold eleven cars today. I don't care how many cars they sold that day. I was a young lady and purchased a car un fit for purpose and they didn't they the decency to help. Advice is to stay away. I'm sure I'm not the only fool who this has happened to. Trading standards also informed and the manager said I will take you to court and I am happy to fight them all the way over this. It makes me so angry when it could of been resolved in a better manner with communication and respect. Five weeks has passed and still fighting my case as that's the route they want to take. I hope people read my review of Heathrow Motors and hope they don't experience what I have been through.

I would avoid Heathrow Motors if you can. I turned up to view 3 BMW 3 series recently. One car was not there and told it was getting a service. Then discovered it was in the garage and needed work. I was told the second car was at the cleaners and never arrived back in. One man told me that the engine management light was on and the other said it was mint, however this did not matter as I never saw it. Third car I was told had been sold, but if I wanted to buy it I could. This car was a joke, total mess inside and out and had a strong smell of smoke. I would not buy a stamp off of these guys never mind a car. SHOPPERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

I found Heathrow Motors to be absolutely rubbish! Called this car dealership and spoke to someone called 'Bobby' who told me that the vehicle I was interested in was immaculate. I therefore arranged a viewing for 11 am the following day. Turned up at 11 with nobody to be seen until 11:30! The vehicle had scratches everywhere and had clearly been involved in a front impact with a heavily cracked bumper. The interior looked an absolute mess and was an absolute mess. And this was supposedly an 'immaculate car'. I'm now 3 hours + fuel down and incredibly annoyed. Go somewhere else is my advice!!!
