I returned to the shop as my service for my previous car was exceptional, the salesman Joe Bow is simply a gentleman and assisted myself and my with a kindness at all times. Bought a Suzuki Swift from Henry’s Ordered in December and delivery was to be July, however delivered yesterday. Mark was the salesman and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Mark dealt with the sale and also delivered the car to Dundee Would recommend Henry’s to anyone looking to buy a Suzuki

Fast and efficient service from Joe Bow in pleasant surroundings. The car we bought is excellent with lots of extras included in the sale - a good, clean appearance and easy to drive. I can't praise Clair Connelly enough ..she made my whole experience a pleasure..from the moment I walked through the door ....to test driving a couple of cars ..to actually buying my Suzuki she even delivered it direct to my door ...Clair is so good with answering any questions doesn't matter how silly you think they are she definitely knows her stuff she is definitely a credit to the company

From calling to reserve car to driving away the staff couldn't be anymore helpful. The car I initially wanted had just been sold and within minutes Mark had found me an alternative. The same spec car was in my local garage but was £3000 more expensive...Viewing and test drive with Ryan was great and he explained everything thoroughly...Will definitely recommend this garage to family and friends. Excellent service!!

Cannot fault this dealership for their professionalism within store, especially Claire. There was no pressure put on a sale whatsoever and they explained everything clearly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. They look after you with great courtesy and understanding.
This was my first experience of spending a lot of money on a car I'd never seen. It was a little daunting but Joe's amazing customer service made it simple and stress free. He made me a video of the car and answered all my questions, then took care of all the admin, arranged delivery and talked me through the whole process slowly and efficiently. Thank you Joe, your approach to real customer service was greatly appreciated and a rare experience in today's world. And the car is amazing and already turning heads :-)
