A straightforward process, from start to finish there was no messing about it was all made simple which is what you want while purchasing a car. Any questions or queries I had were answered in detail, and I found the staff to be friendly. I came across the dealership just while looking online and based off of the experience I have had I would recommend them. I am giving a 4.5 out of 5 only because there is always room for improvement.

So far so good, my new BMW has been running smoothly. I have had a warning light come up which I need to look into as not sure that is causing it but car runs fine, all the tyres etc are fine so nothing of major concern as of yet. The service that I received was Brilliant, the staff were very helpful and patient with me, not any pressure or being rushed into the sale. Top marks from me.

Went with my Son for his van purchase, he has raved about it since having it so I take that as a sign everything is well. From what I can remember there was no issues with the customer service and to put it bluntly if there was we would have walked away. So I think that says it all. No complaints.

I am so glad I purchased the one year warranty for my Audi S3 8V, as recommended by Mason. Recently, I took my car to an Audi specialist for an engine carbon clean, during which a leak was discovered on the water pump thermostat. I contacted the claims department and they reimbursed for the repairs.

They were sound to be honest, nothing wrong with the service at all. They are nice people. I did have a slight problem with the key, but apart from that the car has been sound. I'd give them 4 stars.

I'm not local to them but I saw a 1 series there so I paid them a visit, it was a good experience. The car is working fine, no issues whatsoever, and the staff were were really good with me.

The cars are serviced beforehand but an engine oil light came on - I took it back to the dealership, they topped up the oil and gave me peace of mind by checking it out on the ramp. Very professional, helpful and straightforward. I'd give them 5 stars and I'll be going back there in the future.

Good service but some items where not fixed before purchasing. The guys were always polite and friend when talking to them. They kept me informed how things were going and when car would be ready. Would buy from them again.
