Excellent. 5. All staff i met were very helpful. Car was ready for me on time. One niggle immediately helped with and sorted. Good value. I found everyone including the chap cleaning the cars helpful both on the phone and at the showroom.

Everything about buying it was fine, there doesn't seem to be any issues with the car either. It didn't come with a spare tyre or the parcel shelf though. It was an online sale so we got it delivered, the handover was easy and the car arrived clean. A standard car purchase really.

I have bought 2 vehicles from there this year and both had problems unfortunately. I was driving the van and the steering went when I was on the road. I ended up having to take it back to them and to be fair they have sorted it out. The staff are lovely, everyone's really nice, from the main man to the cleaners which is why I went back despite the first vehicle having issues.
