I would rate Herts & Essex a 5. Communication was brilliant. Service was brilliant. Very easy to deal with. No problems at all. The smart seems absolutely spot on. Happy with my purchase to be honest

The sales staff were lovely, really nice people. The car is all good, it's just a little run around really. I'd definitely consider going back there again.

I found them online because I was after an S3. I had to travel quite a way to get there, but I'm glad I did. The car has been fine so far.

They were very good, there were no issues, and they did what they said they would do in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and helpful - they came to pick us up from the station too which was nice of them.

The staff were courteous and polite, they knew their cars and answered any questions that we had. We were quite impressed with the way we were looked after.

There was a slight issue with the van, one of the springs had snapped, so I contacted the warranty company and they got it sorted out pretty quickly. The staff are sweet as a nut there. I'd give them 5 stars.

The guy who dealt with me was fantastic. I'm really happy and pleased with the service. There was an issue with the car when I first bought it, I took it back to them and they sorted it out no questions asked which was really nice. 5 stars all the way - its so easy to deal with them.
