I bought the van for my husband and he's enjoying it so far

The experience was alright but I have had issues with the car - every now and then when changing gear it won't change at all. I have to turn the engine off to change it. The staff were great though, and the car was immaculately clean when I picked it up.

It was a really good experience. I was about an hour away from home and I got a puncture so I checked the boot and there was no spare tyre or puncture kit which wasn't good, though. The staff were great - It was quite a long drive to pick the car up and it seemed like they were going to close before we got there, so I called them and they went back to open up so I could view the car which I really appreciated.

I had a slight problem with the car but I got it sorted myself. Apart from that the car is doing it's job. The staff were a good bunch. I'd give them 5 stars.

The experience was pretty swift and the van has been great so far. The boys were absolutely brilliant when I was buying the van.

The guy I was dealing with was very good and sorted out all the finance for the car whilst answering any questions I had. There was a slight issue with the car at the beginning but they sorted it out straight away. Easy 5 stars.

It's only the second car I've ever bought, and they were unbelievable in terms of their service. They were really personable, and they took my own situation into account which was great. If I was to buy another car in the future, I'd definitely go back there. The car is absolutely mint I love it.

An amazing experience overall, and the Transit Connect has been fantastic with no issues.

From my experience buying a vehicle from Herts and Essex Motor Company i have no complaints, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Transit has been ok, i have had a problem with the battery but once I charged it for a bit it has been fine. Would consider buying from them again!
