I found Herts and Essex on auto trader and see they stocked a large number of cars I explained over the phone I was unsure which car I actually wanted To look at the member of staff asked me my needs from a car and an idea of budget they made a few suggestions and suggested I come and view to compare for myself very happy with there product knowledge and I feel they helped me make the right choice what with our first child on the way we needed a car that would fit all the baby stuff in but still be affordable to run good service good product knowledge thanks guys

I looked at the picture of Herts & Essex motor co. on google maps and nearly changed my mind especially as I was travelling from Scotland. However turns out to be a very old picture and the site is redeveloped with loads of high quality cars. I was looked after really well and traded in my Maserati for an Aston Martin Vantage. First time I've ever been to a dealership and wanted to stay and just chat. Went to look at an Audi A4 and from the moment I arrived they were helpful and welcoming without being pushy or intrusive. They were accommodating and any concerns I had they were more than happy to address them. Was a successful trip and now a proud owner of the vehicle and more than willing to return to them in the future. The tea wasn't too bad either.

The Customer service with this company is second to none, being a lady I'm not to clever regarding cars, I turnt up to the dealership where I was greeted by a very nice young salesman called Charlie, he assisted me in finding a perfect car for my needs, he had 12 months mot put on my car and had it cleaned whilst I waited. really pleased I chose this company and cant recommend them enough, cars perfect :) thanks guys. We can't recommend this dealership enough. The service from beginning to end stands head and shoulders above them all. We bought our Kia Sportage back in August this year and it runs so well and it was perfect for what we were looking for.
