Everything is going well with the new Smart car. I haven't encountered any issues, and it's been a perfect experience so far. I found the dealership online, and I was happy enough that I would return for my next vehicle. During my test drive, they answered all my questions and took care of everything.

Toyota Prius I brought from these guys is perfect. I use it for work everyday and it’s really reliable. Would 100% go back, as they were all really helpful. They gave me all the documents in time, had it there waiting for me, so I wasn’t standing around, they got me out in no time, the finance was done quickly, and the lenders approved me really quickly. So cannot fault them.

Out with the old and in with the new… Went for a new Peugeot, and it’s good as gold. It’s been really good to us so that’s a plus. Brother is going down soon for another car as the dealership was just really welcoming. They were really professional, did everything that needed to be done, and had no issues or delays on the day I went down.

Purchased a Mercedes for myself, but funnily enough I’m the only one who doesn’t drive it! I am always at work, so the whole family has insured themselves on it, but everyone else clearly loves it as it’s never home. Will be going back to Herts & Essex for my wife’s next car at the end of the year once the finance is done. The guys there were really helpful, and they showed us all the functions of the car. I know nothing about cars except I have to put fuel in, and they cost money! The salesman came round with all the information, full service history, documents to show the correct mileage, full warranty etc. No issues with them and will be returning so shoutout to them.

Was looking for a Ford ranger for a while, and I came across these guys via Autotrader. Had the car I wanted, so came down to visit them, and drove away with the car I wanted. I would definitely return in the future, hopefully not any time soon haha. Would 100% recommend these lads to everyone, the customer service really was perfect, and absolutely top notch. I don’t think there anything they need to improve on.

Herts and Essex are really the one. The salesman was really great, he answered all my questions, and everything was just honestly so spot on. Since having my new Mercedes I’ve been driving it every day, so as you can tell I really am liking it, or I would not be driving it. Honestly, can’t fault the team nor the car.

I fancied a 4x4 but the wife wanted something offering more comfort, so we settled on a Mercedes E300. I know the chaps down Herts & Essex Motor Co and the car was advertised at a great price with low mileage & had only 1 previous owner. We went straight in with no agg, and the whole process was a lot faster than I expected. The Merc's a lovely motor - I've not owned one before but I'm chuffed to bits with it. I'll be holding onto this for the next few years, but whenever I fancy a change these guys will be the first place I look. Five star service all round.
