Went down to Herts & Essex to purchase a new Hyundai. Found them online, and it's such a relief when the pictures match up to what it actually looks like in reality. It was exactly as it was advertised. The team and customer service was definitely of great quality. There was a lot of clear communication, and they were just really easy to deal with, no grief, no agg. So shoutout to these guys, as they did all they could.

I can’t sing the praises of the guys down at Herts and Essex enough… Was looking for a Ford Transit automatic and couldn’t find one at first. Then came across these guys, and honestly had the best experience. Loving the van. There was no misguidance, the car looked exactly as the pictures, and I’ve managed to actually keep it in a great condition since having it. They’re a great dealership to be honest, they’re not pushy or trying to rush you. They gave me the keys when I first got there, and just left me be. They let me do my own thing, check the exterior, sit inside and get a feel for it. Once I was done, they took me for a test drive, where the guy had all the answers, he really knew his knowledge. Then I got shown all the buttons and functions. There were no hidden costs, or extra things I had to foot the cost for. They were straight up and the price they told me was the only price I paid total, which was class. The guys there are always cleaning the vans, all the cars there are squeaky clean, and they have a massive selection. If I knew anyone who wanted a van, I’d honestly drag them down there myself. If I need another one, I will 1000% be returning. Even when I absolutely nit-picked and pointed out about the door handle being a bit loose, the guy was on it straight away, ran to get his tools and got onto it as soon as I said it. Everything was perfected for me. The guys knew their stuff and didn’t have to run off to get me answers, they all had the knowledge. And shoutout to the manager as well, even though he was rushed off his feet, running back and forth, he still took the time out to have a chat with me, make sure I’m happy and just made sure everything was good.

Loving my Land Rover. Cannot fault it. Getting on great with it. Have been driving it around a lot, putting a lot of miles on it. The dealership was sound, everything was just quick and easy. They were all friendly, and I felt comfortable enough to ask everything I wanted to. Would return and would recommend these guys to others!
