I bought an Audi A1 from them. After a week of owning it, the lights started to come on like a Christmas tree. The biggest problem was the DPF that they deleted which was checked in another garage. So they knew the car had a defect. I obviously had to do it myself because they said it was my problem. Another thing was i waited 3 months to send the car log book, when they finally sent it they send to the wrong address and every time i called them, my dad or my boyfriend they refused to help and were very rude. the woman was laughing into my phone and answering with stupid sentences as if she deliberately wanted to throw me off balance. and the man shouted into the phone that it was not his problem and that I would stop calling him and that I would not even think of coming to them. I recommend everyone to run away from them as far as possible!

Purchased a vehicle and after 6 days of having it the car had a clear coolant leak and abundance of white smoke coming from the exhaust. Had to pay to get the vehicle taken back to Hexon Cars for them to tell me the car is faultless and will not refund me; despite me being fully entitled to a refund under the short term right to reject under the consumer rights acts. Awful customer service and aftercare, they literally couldn’t care less, been shouted at, sworn at and hung up on, disgusting especially as i’m a heavily pregnant woman!! Currently proceeding with court action. Unfortunately they are your stereotypical “dodgy dealer”, please avoid at all costs, wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone!

Update to the above: Dealt with Anna who has been extremely apologetic and thorough throughout my complaints process. After reviewing the car again, they agreed to refund and processed this within a couple of days. Glad the issue has been resolved and was done so quickly! i would amend my review above but can’t figure out how!!

4x4 had problems had no joy with getting fixed under warranty so had to sort myself so put up a bad review to then get contact with if I take my review down they would pay the costs but because I don’t have an invoice from a proper garage although I have proof of purchases of new parts can’t help me, Also no spare wheel then to be told it’s a secondhand vehicle although they have one has standard. Bunch of money grabbing cowboys AVOID this garage 😡😡😡
Bought a Mercedes’ ml not a cheap car but doesn’t matter how much it cost delivered on time but engine management light came on and was not driveable so rang up and spoke to dealer on phone to which I told him the problem but was told I had to get the car there which was nearly 3 hours away and then heard nothing. I decided to get car put on diagnostic to fine fault and garage found sensor gone because of turbo seals leaking there was oil all over and underneath car too, I rang up again and was told to email the problems so I messaged them the problems and surprise nothing has been done now had it fixed at my expense service is absolutely crap ☹️☹️☹️

My experience with Hexon cars was unfortunately not positive at all. I had read the mixed reviews before and thought that these were perhaps just isolated bad experiences, but unfortunately they seem not. I purchased a Skoda yeti, 1.6Tdi for £6295. The car looked fine and drove well during test drive but unfortunately had a re-occuring fault with the injectors which resulted in me breaking down on the way home after pick up. I was told that it had been my fault as I had used some of the reserve tank. After the repair I had to retrieve the car from a garage 1.5h drive away from my home (travel there at my own expense with taxi). After picking up the car it drove fine but broke down again on the way home on the M25 and I was stranded at service station for 7h. Hexon was unable to help and I had to get it towed home at my own expense. They picked up the car from my home the next day to get it repaired again. At this point I started to do some of my own research as the repairing garage was unwilling to talk to me directly and Hexon was giving me very limited information regarding the injector fault and the proposed repair. The communication with Sebastian at Hexon was very poor and lacked professionalism or any sense of care or commitment to a customer. I learned that the proposed repair was unlikely to assure long term reliability of the car (as one injector was replaced with a reconditioned one and another one was replaced with a new one ; however Hexon refused to replace the remaining two injectors, which were likely to break down soon). I also discovered other issues, which were not brought to my attention when purchasing the car. The car had been pretty much stationary for the last year, which is likely to be a contributing factor to the injector fault and I was not made aware of an MOT advisory on the breaks, (despite me asking about the breaks, which looked very rusty) and I was also not made aware that the Cambelt should have been changed several years ago. (the car had 80K and was 9 years old and still had its first cambelt!). I am not particularly knowledgeable about cars and feel that I have been missold a car that looked fine at first sight but was a lot of trouble and expense. On the positive note, after some firm letters Hexon did eventually deal with my demand to cancel the deal and processed a full refund after 14 days. Altogether not a positive experience at all with a garage who seems to be cutting corners and being quite happy to sell a compromised car that will cause a lot of headache for someone. Interestingly I noticed that the car was already up for sale again before I even had received the refund at a price £200 higher than before. I very much doubt that breaks or cambelt or remaining two injectors had been replaced. For interest the number plate is CY12 VRM.
