Bought a Mercedes’ ml not a cheap car but doesn’t matter how much it cost delivered on time but engine management light came on and was not driveable so rang up and spoke to dealer on phone to which I told him the problem but was told I had to get the car there which was nearly 3 hours away and then heard nothing. I decided to get car put on diagnostic to fine fault and garage found sensor gone because of turbo seals leaking there was oil all over and underneath car too, I rang up again and was told to email the problems so I messaged them the problems and surprise nothing has been done now had it fixed at my expense service is absolutely ☹️☹️☹️

My car was delivered on time. When I took it out for a drive, the tyre pressure warning light came on. I inflated all the tyres to the correct pressure but the next time I took it out the tyre pressure light came on again.
I checked the service documents and it stated there was a slow puncture on the driver side front tyre.
I immediately bought a new tyre and contacted Hexon saying I wasn't happy they has sold me a car with a puncture and I sent them the invoice for the new tyre.
Within 48 hours they refunded the invoice cost. Very impressed with how quickly they responded.

Absolutely amazing service and professional staff. Helped me through the whole process of purchasing a car on finance as it was my first time buying on finance. 100% recommend Hexon Cars and have recommended them to my friend who is looking for an upgrade. Thanks again guys!

Bought my car from Hexon Cars last year before the pandemic, very professional service and friendly staff. This has been my second car now and I have had no issues with it since I bought it. Recently did my MOT and the car passed with no issues. Absolutely amazing service. Thanks again for your service and I’m still in love with my little Astra!! Amazing work guys! If I ever decide to change I will definitely be using Hexon Cars again!!!

Would give no stars if I could; sold us a lemon which had problems the first day.
They refused to do anything about it or give a refund, despite a garage report saying it would be at least £1,200+vat just to make it safe!
Had to claim (successfully) using section 75 via my credit card company.
- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
