My car was delivered on time. When I took it out for a drive, the tyre pressure warning light came on. I inflated all the tyres to the correct pressure but the next time I took it out the tyre pressure light came on again. I checked the service documents and it stated there was a slow puncture on the driver side front tyre. I immediately bought a new tyre and contacted Hexon saying I wasn't happy they has sold me a car with a puncture and I sent them the invoice for the new tyre. Within 48 hours they refunded the invoice cost. Very impressed with how quickly they responded.

Terrible service I drove 86 miles to collect a car I had paid a £1000 deposit on to find it wasn’t as described. Ripped back seat, oil leak, turbo covered in oil, scratches everywhere bumper was stuck on in one area with glue it was also scratched inside and smelt of dogs, rear parking camera not working either. All four alloys damaged too it obviously hadn’t been cleaned either in this time of covid no cleanliness at all, luckily I took my son who knows a lot about cars as he used to help out at a garage he found all the defects I dread to think if I had drove it home would it of been safe to drive. That’s just my opinion!! I’m still waiting for my deposit back even though they said it was being paid back today which is delaying my payment on another car I’ wanted regardless of me informing them of this so I’ve now missed out on that car now because they haven’t paid it back yet!! and their now closed!! They were happy to take my deposit ASAP so they should of done the same to pay it back!! The guy who showed us the car just walked away when we found the defects and didn’t come back. They have put the car straight back up for sale so their obviously not going to fix the defects. The car is a Kia Soul tempest YP11JZW do not buy it... I wouldn’t recommend them at all Didn’t offer fuel money back didn’t care wasted 4 hours of our time I will be taking action if I don’t get my deposit back by tomorrow!!!

Drove over na hour to view the car, but when I got there I was told I could only test drive around the yard. Would have been better to tell me that when I had phoned and asked if test drive was possible. In the very short time I was there I could spot lots of issues with the car that was at the top end of the price range as it was. So, complete time waster and inaccurate descriptions. Don’t waste your time!

Bought my car from Hexon Cars last year before the pandemic, very professional service and friendly staff. This has been my second car now and I have had no issues with it since I bought it. Recently did my MOT and the car passed with no issues. Absolutely amazing service. Thanks again for your service and I’m still in love with my little Astra!! Amazing work guys! If I ever decide to change I will definitely be using Hexon Cars again!!!

Just not worth one star

We bought a VW Polo for my son. As part of the deal, Hexon agreed to have the car serviced, and included a 6m warranty which they said was worth £200. Within 2 weeks of driving the car it flagged up a warning light caused by leaking coolant. The handbrake was also sticking on. We had it looked at by our local garage. Repair cost in total was £995. The garage advised the rear brakes were in a shocking state and told us even a cursory inspection at the service would have revealed it. It’s clear the Service promised by Hexon had either not been done or had been negligent. The Warranty company refused to pay any compensation for Either issue and was as good as useless. I emailed Hexon on 2 occasions for their comment and recompense. They completely ignored both emails. AVOID !

These shower were paid by another company to pick my merc up and take to a dealer for a minor repair When they turned up to pick car up on there flat bed while one was pi ng up my neighbours wall the other muppet decided to load my car only crashing it into the back if there cab causing damage The boss rang me that night to apologise and said his blokes are funny and he’d sort it When I rung him to find out what’s going on he denied that his blokes done damage Glad I’ve witnesses and glad I got it on cctv So if they turn up to pick your car up tell them no
