Worst service and business ive ever witnessed i rang up about a van that they knew i was very keen on buying i live 100 mile away in liverpool and they knew how far i had to travel they let me come to view it and when i got there rupert showed me round the van let me drive it everything i wanted to leave a deposit there and then but rupert was set on not taking it as he said it had to be mot fair enough i told rupert i would be selling my own van aswell that weekend and he said he would ring me monday once the van was mot’ed and then i could come and pick it up. I sold my own van that weekend as we agreed i was 100% going to have the van i waited for phonecalls that never came i rang up the company about 20 times each time being told a excuse that rupert wasnt there or he was with a customer or in the dentist each time being told he would ring me back which never ever came in the end i rang up again and before i could even give my name as he must of recognised my voice he said rupert wasnt there i had enough rang up once more and demanded i leave a deposit there and then which he then said sorry i cant i have 2 people coming to look at it this is after i had already agreed to buy the van waited for phonecalls to pick the van up which never came and ringing a million times now i am moterless because of these pr*cks i dont no how you run a business your ignorant and rude and certainly not a company of your word worst experience ive ever had in my life and would never ever take my business there again and i will certainly be letting everyone i know or come across about this discusting company👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

At Highfield vans we always have our vehicles checked over by an independent garage to make sure we are selling the best product to our customers. Sadly on this occasion this vehicle did not reach the high level that we insist on so consequently this vehicle has been removed from sale and returned to the supplier.

I Bought Ford Transit van 10 months ego, great price, 16 plate, 96k miles on clock, Van was without roof rack, Ruben supply new one free of charge, I have done 12k miles since then, just passed e-Mot, no problems what so ever, friendly service, would definitely recommend to friend. Thanks, Matt

After viewing on 2 occasions I Recently purchased a 2018 Ford Transit connect Van from Highfield Vans for a agreed price with Rupert, Having put down a deposit on Friday 12th March 2021I arranged to pick up the van and pay the balance in full the following day Saturday 13th March 2021, En route to Highfield Vans on the Saturday morning I noticed the van was on the road being driven by Rupert and Nigel in the passenger seat, On arrival at the Garage I called Rupert and was told they were just out picking up another van and they would be approx 20 minutes, Rupert then arrived back at the Garage in another Van and rushed me into the office to finalise the outstanding balance, Minutes later Nigel arrived back in my van, By this time I’ve payed for the van in full, To my disbelief I found the van to be heavenly scraped on both offside rear and front nearside also covered in mud and fuel almost on Red, Also the spare wheel and holder mechanism had been taken, When I originally viewed the van it was immaculate and there certainly was no damage, When I approached Rupert about this, he point blankly denied all knowledge and frankly didn’t want to know, I’m obviously very disappointed with the fact they had used the van after they had sold it to me, Also I was in line to purchase more vans for my business from Highfield Vans, I have since E mailed Rupert to ask for some allowance towards the repair cost, But sadly he choose to ignore my E mail, (Not very Professional) I would have much appreciated if they had just said there had been a incident rather than just Deny all knowledge! I now face a repair bill! (Potential purchasers be aware)

ALL VANS AT HIGHFIELDVANS LTD ARE HPI CHECKED AND CLEARED BEFORE RETAIL SALE. SOME USED VANS WILL HAVE MINOR MARKS TO THE BODY WORK.MR LOWERY WAS GIVEN £495.00 DISCOUNT FOR THE LITTLE MARKS THAT WERE PRESENT WHEN HE INSPECTED THE VAN ON 2 OCCASIONS AND HE POINTED OUT THERE WAS NO SPARE WHEEL IT WAS AGREED BY NIGEL AS WE HAD GIVEN HIM £495.00 DISCOUNT WE COULD NOT INCLUDE THIS WITH THE VAN AS WELL AND HE AGREED TO SUCH CONTRACT OF SALE .MR LOWERY SEEMS TO HAVE AMNESIA HE DID NOT ARRANGE WITH MYSELF TO COLLECT THE VAN ON THE SATURDAY AND HAD JUST MENTIONED THAT HE MAY BE ABLE TO GET A FREIND WITH A TRAILOR TO PICK IT UP POSSIBLE ON THE SATURDAY. NIGEL DID NOT DAMAGE THE VAN ON SATURDAY MORNING. MR LOWERY AND FREIND PROCEDDED TO LOAD THE VAN ON TO A CAR TRANSPORTER TRAILER WHICH LOOKED LIKE SOME THING OUT OF LAUREL AND HARDY MOVIE.MR LOWERY SHOWED ME THE MARKS TO THE PLASTIC BUMPER CORNER O/S/R TO WHICH I SAID THEY WERE PRESENT WHEN THE VAN CAME IN AND I WALKED BACK TO THE OFFICE TO GET THE PICTURES UP ON OUR COMPUTER THAT WE STILL HAVE ON HARD DRIVE.WHEN I RETURNED TO ASK HIM TO STEP INTO OFFICE HIMSELF/TRAILER AND MATE HAD GONE. WE HAVE NOT RECEVIED A EMAIL FROM MR LOWERY AND IF HE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE TRANSIT CONNECT I WOULD QUIET HAPPLY REFUND HIM FOR A NICE 1 OWNER VAN THAT HAS GONE UP IN VALUE FROM MARCH TO APRIL BY £500.00 IN THE CAP GUIDE PRICE.
After looking for weeks and visiting other dealers I came across Highfield vans, I am so glad I did, the service I got was first class, no pressure and plenty to view. Both Rupert and Nigel were excellent in the way they handled the purchase and communication. My first van ever and nothing was too much trouble for them, also very helpful with after sales... I have recommended them to friends already, cheers guys...

I called high field vans regarding a 64 plate transit. As I was travelling from Glasgow to view it (3.5 hours one way) I asked for an honest description of the van. I was told 1 owner, FSH, clean van only thing was small bit of trim missing. Upon arriving and looking over the van I was given a document pack and ignored. While looking over the van there was numerous small dents and paint chips, the drivers door wouldn’t shut properly and the wing was touching the door causing the paint to be chipped full length of the wing (suggesting front end damage repair). Looking through the documents I noticed it wasn’t 1 owner as previous owner bought in 2018. The hpi came back with a security watch warning also. That could be ok depending situation, however when questioned on this he pretended he had no idea what it was (sells vans daily but has no idea what this is 😂)Also when asked about the owners he tried saying that the previous owner had bought the first owners company including fleet. Total nonsense. The service history he handed me was on an a4 bit of paper. Zero stamps in logbook. When asked he said that was normal to have it on paper. I told him I could print that off the computer. There was a a checklist that the previous company done before selling the van that had all green ticks but the one in red regarding a drive belt having play was scored out with black marker 😂. He offered us a test drive but insisted on driving out and for me to drive back. 2 mins after leaving the yard there was an engine management light on and a message displaying check engine now. Then service now. I just told him to turn the van round and head back. At which point he speeded up, clearly in a petulant huff that I never turned up blindfolded. Complete waste of my time (8 hours round trip). Anybody considering buying a van from here has to swerve this guy unless you want a laugh or ripped off.
