Highfield Vans were very unprofessional had agreed on a price on the phone travelled 106 miles to get there told him I was coming didn't ask for deposit and when I get there told me he had just sold it even though I baught over the phone and was there 3 hours later to go 106 miles back rediculass

Highfieldvans always asks the customer when purchasing a vehicle to supply a contact number and a £100.00 refunderable deposit to remove the vehicle from sale this is always the best policy and one we have used in the last 30 years of business. This customer did neither what's more if you turn up for an appointment 3 hours late without a telephone call to explain your reason ,1 you may have to pay for that missed appointment if it is a dentist, or 2 end up missing a bargain. i have bought a few vans privately off Rupert at HIghfield Vans and found this man to be helpful in every way possible reliable vans trustworthy sales and best aftersales advise...don't let stupid reviews get you down Rupert there will always be jealous slow car dealers around....jack hull.

Been to buy a van today from Highfield Vans and the guy was very rude and foul mouthed with us also tried to sell us a van that had clearly been in accident for £8495 beware don’t buy of this guy!

IF THIS WAS A TRUE STATEMENT THE REVIEWER WOULD REFER TO ME (RUPERT) NOT SOME GUY. I have used Highfield vans for both my vehicles. My latest purchase was a high roof van which I use for my own business daily. Both vehicles have proven to be reliable and in great condition. I recently had someone knock my mirror and Rupert got me sorted with another one and fitted it within a few days. Excellent service all round!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Rupert was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and helped me chose exactly the right one for me. There was no hard sell. This is a father/son business and I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I've had my small van for a month now and am delighted with it.
