Went to purchase a mercedes a few months back and decided against purchasing the vehicle. Upon viewing the car I realised they had specifically taken the pictures to hide the seat from being ripped. I had left a deposit upon approval of finance and was also given a document to confirm that a full refund would have been issued if it went through.. it didn't go through and I had to take this company to the small claims court just to get only 'half' of my money back. Owner was also extremely rude and nasty on the phone. Avoid this company like the plague. Bunch of con artists.

Purchased my car last month and the service has been awesome. The sales and aftersales have been great in attending to me and my family. Will definitely recommend to others . Thanks guys

waste of time on guaranty dont even reply if you have issue bunch of idiots who will give scrap price for car you want exchange avoid at any chance

Didn't see the reviews first. Same as other mentioned. Sold a broken down car to me, then forced me to repair it when I asked for refund. After a month agreed to issue refund but nothing so far. Avoid calls and no responses to emails. Intentionally avoid the calls and ignores the emails. Absolutely a con! Don't go. No money, no car, and expenses of more than a grant from my pocket.

We purchased a Land Rover in May 2023. After having the car for only 4 months and after putting a small 3000miles on the clock the car broke down. It has a very expensive fault that would cost £1000s to repair. Not only are highlanders impossible to talk to over the phone, they are unhelpful and rude. After purchasing a £14,000 car 4 months ago, we are shocked to find that highlanders don’t care and will not fix the faulty vehicle that they sold us! Please please do not shop here unless you want to be sold a faulty vehicle and to be left with a huge bill to fix. We are a young family and it has changed our lives for the worst. We’ve lost so much money. Thanks, highlanders.

Enquired about a car(Citroen grand c4) and they asked for a £300 holding fee which we paid in good faith. Took them over a week to have the car ready before we could even go and view it where they were apparently MOTing and serving it. Finally had a call to collect and they promised the fee would be returned. Got the car home and surprise surprise multiple warning lights started flashing on the car, very difficult to get back threw to them and they didn’t care, finally just said we have to pay for a diagnostics. Over 10 days later still no return of holding fee and a useless woman on the phone who just kept repeating 3 working days.
