Was going to buy a Hyundai from Hillington Park Cars, he said that they where selling car for a customer after a few trips back and forth it just passed a MOT with a faulty bonnet catch incomplete service history asked for my £200 pound deposit back after over a month still not received it now going to contact trading standards a the citizens advice.
Sold a car with disconnected bulbs saying airbags didn't work. Front end damage that bad car unsafe to drive.but fought against complaints.i believe Audi not these

With out proper information like a valid name, vehicle registration number we believe this to be a false review as all our vehicles are independently check by a vosa approved MOT station prior to the car being sold, we do not have our own workshop therefore we can not manipulate anything that is found during the inspection. I am abud abdullah othman and I have never left a review for hilington park cars so this review is false, I have bought 5 cars in the last 2 years from craig at hilington park cars and each one I hav had to repair, haha he even blamed Brexit once for not repairing a fault which would would make the car road unworthy. Thought he was my friend but money is money and friends are friends
Bought a Mitsubishi Evo from Freddie and Craig at Hillington Park Cars and can honestly say that I have never dealt with 2 more untrustworthy people. Was unable to check the MOT on the car prior to travelling down to collect as received a call in the morning to say it would only just be going for its MOT that day. Found multiple problems with the car once purchased, exhaust separated within a week, front CV boost leaking badly rear CV boost leaking, brake lines corroded, damaged battery which is a result of a faulty alternator. Have been dealing with citizens advice now for over a month as Craig is offering no support. Have sent 2 official letters which I have received no feedback from. It doesn't appear they are a member of any motor trade association which speaks volumes in itself. I also have emails from Craig which are blatant lies (claiming MOT's carried out when they weren't and claiming no findings on MOT when there were) Also if you research the director of the company, a family member, you will find multiple businesses that have been dissolved over the years, again draw your own conclusions from this. In my opinion, do not trust this garage.

Whilst we endeavour to please all our customers unfortunately this is someone whom we couldn't reach a common ground with, for anyone who wishes to read the ins and outs off this are free to do so on Auto trader Reviews. When someone buys what is effectively a rally car to replace a every day car and is asked time and time again are you sure you are doing the right thing but proceeds with the deal only to find after driving 250 miles before realising its not as comfortable as they may have thought which isn't surprising considering it is based on a rally car, now may we add was eight years old and had a MOT which can be viewed on line prior to being released and yes there was a advisory on a CV gator which is a £10 part had we been made aware we would have replaced, however if thats all a MOT inspector can find on a eight year old vehicle that is designed for performance then it lets people know the standard off vehicle we supply, we did offer to to accept the car back as a part exchange should he wish to swap it however after our telephone conversation and the tone off the conversation we decided it best not to get involved in tit for tat conversation and replied in a professional manner.

I bought a q7 a year ago from Hillington Park Cars and i got ripped off aswell with the 2 scumbags. Whats even more of a scumbag is fred is from my town in stonehouse and he even knows me. Absolute crooks and i would strongly advise no 1 goes near them.
Recently purchased a nice 3.0tdi Quattro avant from Freddie and Craig and Hillington Park Cars. A refreshing honest no bullshit approach to selling cars, the big boys would do well to go in and learn how to do it right. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back in the future.

The aftercare at Hillington Park Cars had not been good. I have had to have numerous problems fixed by them which has taken over two weeks. The car is not good value for money and he dealers could have been a lot more helpful. I wouldn't recommend.

We are sorry this customer feels this way and understand their frustration regarding the air conditioning not being as cold as they would like, however having given them a courtesy vehicle which was off greater value than their own vehicle and we had to take out temp cover insurance as their own insurance would not let them use a courtesy vehicle, we fuelled the the courtesy car and delivered their own vehicle back to their front door with £60 off fuel as a good will gesture having repaired the vehicle under warranty, I would say our customer service is not too bad, however on the second occasion that they wanted the car to go back to the independent workshop as they thought it still was not right, we were prepared to give them a courtesy car however we we not prepared to pay a third party insurance company as their insurance company have a abnormal clause (not to insure courtesy cars), the vehicle in question is a nice car considering its 10 years old with over 100,000 miles on the clock, we do not have a in house mechanic and all mechanical work is carried out by a independent VOSA approved garage so should a repair not be a first time fix it is out our hands but we always endeavour to assist our customers to achieve a quick solution.
Purchased my car from me. They knocked the price massively saying there's a lot of problems with the body etc. Checked the website a week later and the car is listed exactly the same, advertised as perfect condition for over £6000 more than what they paid.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone , I was looking all over Ayrshire for a reliable 2nd hand car , everywhere here sold expensive junk !! These guys were genuine from the start and were happy to help after sales paying for a repair 3 weeks after purchase . 5 star
