Sold me a car with seat belts “unplugged” meaning that if i or anybody had a crash with passengers or children in the vehicle they would likely be killed. After calling them about the issue, my calls and emails got ignored. Shouldn’t be allowed to continue to trade in my opinion.

Bought a Mercedes few months ago from Hiltop Motors and I started to hear noise from the front end call them about it few times took it there could hear the noise at the time call them again still waiting to get it sorted its under warranty but just the hassle of taking there all the time. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to them stay away from this dealer. Even their mechanics are cowboys. Don't know a thing about cars.

Car from Hilltop Motors are in very poor condition. Promised a replacement , but after months of waiting nothing was offered.

Would not buy from Hiltop Motors again. The sales guy denied over the phone any problem with the engine in my recently purchased car, even after I stated that two independent VW specialists confirmed a recurring stored engine code fault. I then paid a VW main dealer to inspect the car and sent this report to the sales guy which was also dismissed. When the engine started making loud mechanical noises a couple of months later, I was fortunate enough, that my credit card company picked up the bill.(circa £2000). Dealer supplied warranty company wriggled their way out saying it was a previous known fault that the dealer should have sorted and the sales guy still did not want to know. Poor show.
