We went to Hilton Car Supermarket looking for an automatic SUV when we came across the Jaguar F-Pace, which had all the specifications we were looking for. We were offered a test drive but didn’t need it, as we have driven similar cars in the past. The Jaguar has been absolutely brilliant since the purchase. The only criticism I have is that there was no parcel shelf, which we didn’t notice at the time.

This is my first time visiting Hilton Car Supermarket. We purchased a Q2 for my daughter, and it has been brilliant, I’m really pleased with it. The staff at the dealership were very professional and courteous from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The Jaguar E-Pace that I purchased has been really good. I generally had a good experience, although the only thing stopping me from giving it five stars was that the day of collection was changed, which was a bit disappointing.

Wosrt company going had my wife's car for over a month trying to fix it. Only went in for a brake locking on took them over 3 weeks and me telling them the ABS module faulty for them to get the brakes off (apparently not seen car) but the managed to mess up the immobiliser and have now been waiting 2 weeks for them to sort that but won't give me names and address of garages trying to fix my wife's car stay well clear. And saying if it can't be fixed will only give a reduced amount off the value backend though there garage made it worst

The staff were great they were really helpful. I requested a refund of something and they got it back to me the same day, really efficient. My salesperson was Ansab - we went on a test drive which was was great - the fastest road we went on was 60mph so I got a good feel for the car. I'd definitely go back, it was really nice in there, everyone was really friendly.

They've been very helpful. My husband drives the car and he thinks it's great. The sales guys were really helpful, they showed us how to find a car we liked, then left us at our leisure to look around at the cars. The information on the extras was given to us without any pressure to buy either which was nice.

The experience was smooth and I don't have any complaints. The sales guys were attentive although it took some time because they were very busy. The car is as expected.

The sales guys helped me a lot with the finance and with the car, they were really nice. I had a small issue with the brakes they were making a noise so I took it back there and they sorted it in a few hours - they did make me wait without keeping me updated though which wasn't great. I'm enjoying the car so far,

Very good experience with them. Very painless. I've been up and down to Norfolk a couple of times in the car and its running remarkably well. I dealt with a sales person and his manager who were very proficient. I'll definitely use them again.

A huge selection of cars to suit everyone's choice and pocket. Staff are keen to assist but absolutely not aggressive sales tactics used. The process can be described as a very smooth and quick transaction. From viewing, selection, test drive, price negotiation to collection of the vehicle the process I smooth and seamless. Good communications throughout.
