I had experience the sales and the team were brilliant I would rate a big fat 10 👍👍

Saad was helpful, he answered any questions to stuff I didn't know. He wasn't pushy, he let me take the car for multiple test drives. It was valeted spotlessly for me prior to leaving. I have to give a 5 as there was not faults throughout.

Good service - I went in with my old car and left with a new one straight away - they were very busy, so there was a long wait and the service, whilst good, didn't feel very personal and then paid a deposit for the log book as I didn't have it to hand, sent the book down to them 1st class to arrive the day after and then it took them 3 weeks to send me back my 250 deposit - overall, good service but aspects took too long

Haseeb was super helpful from start to finish of buying this car. The delivery was also next day from sending the money over so excellent service for that.

I did have an initial issue with the tyre which in all fairness to hilton,they paid for it to be replaced without any hassle. However I have come to realise that the brakes on the car are worn down, this wasn't on the MOT or any documents but when I emailed in to let them know I had no response back which was disappointing as the initial sales was great and they solved the first issue without any problems.

Recently purchased my first Mercedes, I am so happy with it, it drives well and is a very comfortable car. Ezenwa who sold me the car was very good, very helpful and a genuine guy. I would definitely recommend Hilton and a Mercedes if you are looking for a next car!

The staff at hilton were so helpful throughout the entire process, it was nice that they would step back and allow us to take our time and discuss without any pressure at all. The Jeep we got was spotlessly clean by the time we picked it up. When I originally took the car for a test drive I noticed that the seat adjusters were loose, they had fixed this and any other issues by the time I had picked it up. The only thing I would say needs improving is the coffee they offer haha! Other than that faultless dealership, couldn't recommend them enough.

Quick turnaround from Hilton, the salesman I dealt with was nice, I thought everyone did their job well. I did have an unfortunate issue with the the timing belt going and then having to pay for it out of my own pocket. Everything is okay with it now, and I think the good service has made up for the issue.

The service was okay, had to wait a few weeks to get the car sorted, as I found an issue while I was test driving. It was a bit disappointing with the communication, but it wasn't too much their fault as we had to wait for a part to come in. Since having it the issue hasn't repapered so I am pleased in that aspect. Overall I would rate a 3 out of 5.

I am quite impressed with Hilton, they took issues I had onboard such as a missing lock and wheel nut this got replaced quickly without any hassle. Since having the vehicle I have noticed that the parking sensors don't work properly and this is going to cost me around the £500 mark to sort, however it isn't something I have mentioned to Hilton, I am just going to resolve myself. Overall with everything in mind I would still use them again the service was good and I am pleased with the car and as far as dealerships go they are definitely up there with the good ones.
